Nice store. It's very clean and the workers are polite and helpful.They have both self- checkout and full-service checkout, which is very convenient.They have a good selection of fruits and vegetables- including organic and carry vegetables from local farmers in the summer.Their deli has a good assortment and they have a very nice cheese selection from which you can make a charcuterie board.They also have a healthy/ specialty section in which you can find vegan, dairy- free, gluten-free, whole cream-top milk, etc.There have been several times when I've asked the managers if they could start stocking an item that they didn't carry, and they checked to see if they could get it and started to carry it. That's good service!

My wife & I stop in at our local Hy-Vee regularly we often stop in the mornings after we finish working our night shift. The staff is always very friendly, we love the produce section and how it is always well-stocked with fresh produce. We stop at the bakery for fresh bread and treats. We’ve never had a bad experience at our Hy-Vee we will continue to visit. Please stop in & say hello. These people are here for all of us.

Great place. Friendly staff. Clean and well organized which is helpful in return visits. Fair prices. Only complaint would be meat department doesn't carry the best cuts of steak. Can't ever find a T-bone or Porterhouse in there

HUGE STORE!!!!! Way too much to see for a quick visit. Don't stop here if you just want to grab something quick. I'm pretty sure that this store will have just about ANYTHING you are looking for.

0 star rating really. Outdated products be aware, empty shelves all over especially in afternoon and evenings. Have to go through many aisles to find any employee to assist a customer. No more helpful smile in every aisle. Horrible. No employees pull product forward, the manager Don is the most rude manager ever dealt with at any business, ignores some customers and can’t take constructive criticism from other customers like any other manager at any other business on the planet would, seems like he has a thing that he only respects senior customers. If a Target or Walmart ever get put in next door or across the street this location will go out of business. Have never seen all of these issues at some other locations. This location was much better 10-20 years ago compared to recent years. Go out to Walmart instead.

Blasting pop music. Prices were $1+ more than Walmart. If you download the Walmart app, you can compare prices in store. I returned some items and left as soon as possible. Your gluten/special needs section prices should be criminal.Update: I did call your store. They mentioned turning it down. I'll stick to Walmart pickups. Thanks.

It took about 15 to find someone to explain a rebate they advertised at the display. They said they were instructed to remove the rebate instructions after the Super Bowl, even though the rebate was supposed to be available thru the 14th.Prices at Hy Vee are extremely high. Their new executive management must be taking advantage of higher prices caused by inflation. $9.99 for a 12 pack of diet coke?Aldi doesn't carry everything that Hy Vee does, but the items Aldi does carry are significantly cheaper. I'll be shopping at Aldi first, then I'll go to Fareway or Walmart.

Well... had to update my 5 star to a 1 star. Would be less if I could. Spent over $40 on sushi for my daughter's just to get home (30 minutes) to find ALL the ones with avocado were horribly rotten & disgusting.

At any HyVee location, employees treat their customers so well! I love that it's an employee owned company. I don't want to buy my groceries anywhere else. Their fuel saver program is also great. Many of their stores have a Starbucks, although I'd rather support a local coffee store. Regardless, I enjoyed seeing that some of their stores have cup holders to attach to your cart while you shop.

Very busy in weekends got almost everything from groceries to liquor. The deli area is good and in summer the grill is on! Parking can be annoying. Most complete Hyvee in town so far.

Often out of what is on sale..I think ,other things are overly priced..ever wonder why I stopped , shopping here at hy vee..I am also upset that ,in order to be treated ,as an elite by purchasing are membership to hy vee..what the heck you are not Sam,s Club, or that other one..I don't see how anyone can afford to shop there..that's is how I feel about hy vee.good deals this week..thank you

Hy-Vee in Muscatine offers a nice, clean, well lit experience. The selection and quality of the grocery department is excellent. They also offer an extensive selection of beer, wine, and spirits, curated by a friendly staff.

It's always clean, staff is friendly & always willing to help you out any way they can. Also, you never need to look very far for a customer service representative, when you need help. Unlike some of the other bigger stores in town. I won't mention any names. And the stores product, is 95% of the time in the same place on the shelves as it was the last time you were there. Consistency A+.

I have been checking daily for elephant ears) Puff crispys) and they don't seem to be making any anytime soon! I've talked with the bakery personal and they don't know why they aren't baking any either. . Can't seem to get any answers from the bakery personal (backers) guess maybe it's time to go talk to the manager and see if he/ she has any answers.SignedDissatisfied customer!
