We thank the Doc and staff for their care of our dog. He went in for surgery and had difficulty with recovering from anesthesia. The Doc and staff displayed such care for Buddy and communicated to us every step of the way. Thank you all for a professional and caring place to get Veterinary care for our Buddy. Very nice on the phone and in person. They provided me with the vaccine and wormer to get my puppy on a healthy start to her life. This was after several other clinics had refused to dispense these items to me without seeing the puppy first. I was travelling past Missouri Valley after just picking the puppy up from the breeder in South Dakota and did not have an appointment with my regular vet yet. This saved me money and I was able to get the distemper/parvo shot into the puppy immediately rather than having to wait while I made an appointment with my regular vet. I appreciate that they were willing to help me with this. Although I dont live near this clinic, I wanted to put a review up letting others know that these are decent people who have not just the puppies well being on their mind, but the owner's as well. This is something many vets lack.

We travel from Omaha to Missouri, Valley for the outstanding care that Dr. Gochenaur provides for our pets. We have used veterinary care for over 40 years for our pets in Illinois and Nebraska. Upon referral to Dr. Gochenaur, we immediately recognized the superior care that he and his clinic provides. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, weighs options for treatment, and explains very thoroughly. His staff are attentive, pleasant to work with, and very accommodating. We are extremely fortunate to have our four dogs and cat under Dr. Gochenaur’s excellent care.

The wonderful vets shouldn’t have to pick up customer service slack from the poor receptionist. Just called on Feb 5 at 2:30 and the receptionist was audibly annoyed and gave heavy sighs every time I asked a question. She obviously had no interest in helping me and wanted the conversation to end. The vets are always amazing and I don’t want this to reflect on them but the front desk needs training.

Jack is a very good vet. He is really accommodating when you have an dog that won't go with the program. Jack does whatever it takes, be it coming out to the car to look at your pet.
