We have left our dog there couple times for boarding now and I can say this is the best pet retreat in Omaha metro area! I never feel sad or am never worried about my dog when we go somewhere. I would also recommend their daycare too! We usually get a bath add on before we pick our dog up which is very convenient. (We have an 8 pound shih tzu) Our dog loves the place and loses his mind when we pull the car up there. It is like a party place for him! They actively play with dogs and have seperate outdoor areas for small and big dogs as well as an indoor area. Also during the day, they keep sharing your pet’s photos, even videos, on their facebook page so you can check on your pet and not worry and sort of be happy that he/she is having fun. Heaven for our furry baby!

This was the first time using this place for our 2 dogs! It's a great place to board or for day sitting your dogs! They post photos of the dogs on face book so you can see how they are doing! They really love animals. You can feel safe leaving your beloved pets with them! If needed we will use them again!

Absolutely love this place for my dogs. I love their off leash mentality. I love that they get to run & have exercise throughout the day. Owner’s & employees are definitely animal lovers & when you have to leave your animals that speaks volume! Highly recommend!

Excellent facility! Our fur baby was treated like one of their own! We loved having all the photos and video updates on Facebook. It made us feel relieved he was having fun playing with all his new friends!! To top it off they took an extra special Easter picture which I will frame when we get home! Thanks again for your amazing service!!!

Best doggy daycare my girls have ever gone to! I loved getting to see pictures of them playing and having fun every day. I could tell my dogs were with good company in their play group! The owner was great with communication and pick up & drop off was easy. 100% would recommend taking your pups here.

They did a great job of caring for my cat. They primarily do dogs though. My cat had his own special area with lots of toy and interesting things to keep him occupied while we were gone. They posted pictures every day on Facebook so I could see how his time was going..

We had a great experience. Angela kept us updated with pictures and videos of our dogs while they were there. The pricing was good and the kennel was nice. We will definitely be back for our next trip.

We left our dog Harlow there for a few days. Loved the fact that they took pictures and posted them. Harlow was well taken care of and we will definitely use them again

This is definitely the place to go! If you want your dogs taken care of like family please take them here. I just boarded my dogs with them for 6 days The pictures and videos on Facebook were just amazing! The owner has the best communication. The place is very clean As huge outdoor playing areas and the kennels are very large. The staff is also very nice very nice and caring. I have already bragged about them on Facebook I texted the owner and now I just have to come on here and brag! Thank you loess hills pet retreat for taking such wonderful care of my babies!

We love their online booking option so we can check availability more easily. Angela is great at communicating, both about scheduling and any updates. Buck is always excited at drop-off and tired at pick-up.
