The men’s bathroom is consistently disgusting. Pee all over the floors, toilet paper everywhere, no paper towels and even worse no soap. Makes you wonder how safe their food is to eat..It also takes forever to check out because they’ll have 3 people behind a register while only one person is ringing people up. Avoid this place if you can.

I just wanna make a review based on my experience with a tornado situation the employees working the afternoon/evening of 4/26/24 did a excellent job of trying to keep truckers and customers safe. I drive a truck myself and I've been to truck stops that refuse to let people in once they locked the doors these employees went above and beyond to give anyone stopping a place to take shelter while the tornados passed there were multiple ones that day from what I heard. This is the kind of experience I like to see because sometimes out here on the road you might not have your big truck stop when the weather prevents you going the extra mile.Some if not all these employees were helping everyone on the road and might not have even had a house to go home to from what one lady told me before they had to close due to a power outage some of their houses got hit. I will never forget this day or the faces I seen I sincerely hope they recover their homes quickly and I'll be sure to try and stop to show support to this Casey's when I'm passing thru because while their world might have been falling apart at home they were helping me and many others on the road. Thank all of you for everything you did in a tragic situation it is very much appreciated.

One of the worse service ever I choose to stop by because I love their pizza but ridiculous service wait time for 2 slices atmosphere is like blah... manager didn't care much.There is no urgency to take care of customers.I got fresh pizza I updated my review pizza was delicious 😋

This Casey's had the most disgusting bathroom I've ever been in Casey's wise. They should be disappointed in them selves! Couldn't use any of the 3 toilets because they were clogged with bloody feminine products. Toilet paper all over the floor!

This is a really new Casey's only a couple years old and I have no idea how it got to be in such a disrepair. The amount of fuel islands they have per semis and cars. They have the smallest bathroom I've ever seen. They have one actual toilet and the men's bathroom and the last two times I've stopped in there. It wouldn't even flush today. I stopped in there and they're looked to be fecal matter in the corner with wet toilet paper. The garbage can was overflowing and it's absolutely disgusting to go in there to try to use the bathroom. Somebody from the upper management needs to really go in and evaluate how this place is run. I can't tell you how many employees I seen on the floor and behind the counter but yet the bathroom is in such disrepair you're almost better off going outside. If I would have had my phone with me I wouldn't take you to pictures and had that those to this review

Great spot. However, the cashier lady wasn't very helpful and even said something under her breath when our card wasn't reading. We ended up putting the things we had at the counter back because the card reader wasn't reading our card.Needless to say, we went down the road to the next gas station, and our card worked.

Very small parking for truckers. They will not answer the phone at around 3pm don’t bother calling them for food orders. I wanted to order ahead so I don’t have to wait but they refused to answer the phone after calling them multiple times 15 minutes apart. That says about what type of store it is. Not going back.

Great pizza, and almost always ready on time when orders are placed in the app here. Good donuts too. Gas prices are not sky-high, which is a big plus anymore. The only thing I could think of that they could do better is delivery...it's not available from this location.

Friendly employees. They even told us before we finished ordering how long it would take to make our pizza and made sure we were okay with it. The pizza was excellent!!! The store is very clean and neatly organized.

Was told they aren't selling pizza because they were too busy. Guy in the kitchen told the girls up front to tell me they were short staffed. 2 stories. Terrible customer service. Lazy kitchen worker. Don't recommend to anyone. THIS CASEY'S LOCATION SUCKS!!!

very poor! waited in line as the young man talked to 3 people as they were only scratching lottery tickets. meanwhile I waited to pre pay!! And after 9 attempts he got on the speaker to come in and talk to a manager. I stopped for gas quickly not a social visit and preferred to pay with cash not a piece of plastic. what happened to customer service and or even personal touch? If there was a manger to talk to why could they not be of assistance sooner? This is to bad because I will not go to BP due to service like this, and have to Think very hard about Caseys. Does this always happen at this store?

Was met with attitude when I opened the doors to walk in. Every clerk in the store including the cook at the hamburger stand look like they hadn't washed their clothes or taking a shower in more than a week. After being ignored for nearly five minutes I asked about how long it would take to make a cheeseburger, he replied with the discontent and attitude of a thug teenage drop out. I would recommend passing this place up and finding a McDonald's. Anything's better.

Stopped here to take a fresh pizza. The person who cooked pizza was rude . And he said that we have to wait 25 minutes. After I agreed, he said that I should wait 30 minutes. he was just too lazy to do. So do not wait here for a quick PIZZA. PASS this PLACE. Don't waste your time with lazy people.

Can't prepay at the pump. This wouldn't be such a big deal, except rather than say it's not their policy, they made up some story about how my bank was rejecting my card. Called the bank, no problem with the card. The card magically worked at the register though. Annoying policy and then blaming others for it.

This Caseys was huge. Had e everything but onions, peppers, and pickles out for the sandwich BUT...Im thinking this pandemic is why the stuff wasnt out. Not a problem tho just asked the pizza lady to help and she did. Thank you
