Continuously disappointing each time I try to use them for food/pizza or gas.1st instance was when I called and ordered in pizza, I arrived to pick up my order and they claimed I never called. They did not offer to remake it, I had to ask and they acted like it was a hassle. Did not compensate anything.2nd time our pizza was wrong and they did not compensate anything.3rd instance was Sunday afternoon, I over paid on prepay for gas and went inside to get the overage +$10The cashier could not figure it out, and I held up the line for about 5 minutes with her telling me she doesn’t know what she’s doing or how to fix it. She told me a manger would be in at 4 that same day and would call me right away. With no call by 4:30 I called the store and asked for a manger- the pizza guy answered and told me there was no manager to help me. The other cashier took my name and number and said a regional manager would be in by 8am the next morning and would get it solved no problem. With no call by 10:30 I called and again, was told to manager was there to help.Cleanliness is not a priority at this location and you’re lucky if they have hot food most days. If they are even open before 6am or after 9pm.

Can't say enough how helpful the staff here is. Especially Loren the Assistant Manager. This gentleman used money from his own pocket to help a customer with 3 miles to empty who had forgotten her wallet before she left for work. You can't find compassion like that anymore. Well done Casey's.

Was just in Casey's and went to grab a slice of pizza and let the staff know that there was a dead fly. The lady said sharing is caring and laughed but didn't take it out. We were there for 10 min after and none of the workers removed it.

The absolute worst gas station experience ever. Did get gas though. NO windshield cleaner in any of the 5 or six bays. All garbages overflowing. Cashier did not seem happy or interested in being there. No 16oz coffee cups and hardly any coffee. NO creamer. Unpleasant experience!

I mean ots a gas station that has decent pizza and chicken. What more do ya expect? LOL. Tends to be busy and at times difficult to get out of, being on a major highway. But if you need gas, food and a restroom it's got all 3.

Their kitchen department has gone downhill considerably lately. Use to be one of the best places to get food from in town. Now the food is subpar at best. The customer service is still there. Hopefully they can turn this around.

Typically stop here for gas when traveling in between Sioux City and Okoboji because it can tend to be cheaper than both places mentioned. Location is hard to beat, if it were any closer to the highway you'd run into it. Employees have been decent enough that I've dealt with. Occasionally it can be a pain to make a left turn out of here depending on traffic.

Literally I’m not joking worst Casey’s in a 5 state radius. So lazy they won’t make made to order sandwiches. Last time I did get one here the lady complained every step of the way about making it on top of the fact they had about one of every three items I asked for. Now they don’t make them at all. Zero stars if I could.

Friendly employees with a usual assortment of snacks, etc.Should update fuel pumps so a customer can make proper selections without having to guess the many selection items due to unreadable options.

I realize paying at the pump is convenient for your business, no gas runaways, but if your making people do it, HAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT WORKING! There should be NO reason I had to walk inside to get my receipt.
