They got my dog in when I needed it and did what was necessary so my dog would be alright. My dog is a biter and has a lot of anxiety they gave me the drugs needed to work with him safely. My sweet boy will be home in a couple of hours.

I wish that I could give this clinic 0 stars. They diagnosed my dog with cancer and told us we would need an expensive surgery. We took her to get a second opinion and they said it wasn’t cancer just age spots. Then my dog started having seizures. She had one for over an hour so we took her in and they turned us away at first, then they said wait a half an hour. We asked if we could wait in the car and they said yes. We walked up to the door 30 minutes later and they locked the door and went to lunch. She was still seizing so we waited a little while and then decided to take her somewhere in Burlington. She is now permanently damaged and no longer acts like herself. They think she has brain damage from the length of the seizure. She just walks around in circles drooling. She doesn’t get excited or happy or play. I 100% blame this clinic for what happened to my dog. If it was a human in need no hospital would have ever treated them like this.

We moved to the area and had heard good things about Mepo Vet. We've taken our dog to get allergy/dermatitis treatment, check-up, heartworm prevention, and Vaccines. The team at Mepo Vet are wonderful. They take the time to really explain the options and honest/realistic with pricing options. The Vet did a great job with our fur baby, she was calm and gentle, and got down on the floor with him. Later we took our baby back to get his nails trimmed. So glad we found a good place to get care for our dog.

They were more about money then helping my dog. My ex husband has an outstanding bill from there more than 7 years ago for HIS dog. The bill is his responsibility. They wanted the money or they wouldn't see my dog. I wouldn't have even thought about taking my dog there anyway but this was my only option. It was a Sunday morning and an emergency. The vet we usually use was not open this day.

We're out of towners and our dog developed a medical condition. I drove from Mt. Pleasant to Mediapolis with my dog for an emergency examination. They were prompt, professional and fully on top of things with our vet back home. Fortunately it turned out to be minor but their excellent care made everything aok. Very highly recommended.

Great local vet in southeast Iowa and Mediapolis. Reasonable pricing, and they care! They take care of my dog and provide good care. Staff is very friendly and always smiling and helpful. They even performed emergency surgery on an evening to my coworkers dog who ate underwear!! We are lucky to have a vet clinic so close to home. Thanks.

I want to thank Bill Jordan for seeing my baby boy Mr bo yesterday June 14. We was coming up out of Missouri in our semi with a load of lumber and he developed a medical issues that needed taken care of right away. so we call the vet there in Donnellson Iowa and he got him right in. As the vet said he had to much testarone built up and couldn't release it the dog gave him some medicine to help him relaxed and go to sleep for awhile. While we were there we decided to get him fixed and Bill did an excellent job explaining everything to us. It broke our hearts that we had to do this but he was in distress and needed help. So thank you again from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for him and us.
