Helpful and friendly employees. Well stocked plenty of selections every time I go. And also very clean. They do their very best to not have a long wait at registers. I love going in and finding clearance sales.

Never a bad trip to Wally World! It's not Macy's but if your hunting for quality products check them out online! Name brand chit all high quality just like specialty stores except at a blue collar price or better!

They always give us rotten fruits or vegetables. I do not trust them. I always get out of my car and check things in the pick up area.

I had to go twice. To be sure..Store in nice shape. Alex was in produce checking fresh produce. Spoke a few with him. Noted some products unavailable due to shipping. Green tea as an example. Bla bla bla.Then discussed the reasoning why different Wal-Mart's have different prices, same product.Seasonal and indigenous products understandable. But canned generic spaghetti. .88Other Wal-Mart's .68 why ????Damn near 25 % increase.Then employees.. This is a great store where I observed people working hard to face products and restock. No monkey shines.My final comment. Fell head over heels for customer service employee, Dawn R.She was so genuine so kind hearted. I actually wanted to kiss her. Ok..candidly want to take her with me.Beside being a beautiful person. Conversational. Attentive to customer needs.After the 2nd visit within 3 days. I give this Wal-Mart 4 Star review. The shortage of goods and actually a customer in dressing aisle who said what I knew..shortage was my only critique.Alex great job !Dawn... Would you be my sweetheart ? 🌹💖.Tell Dad.. Never shopped at a place that refused to make right and sell an item that was marked as shown on their shelf. Rang up $1.50 more and the cashier and her manager absolutely refused to honor the price on the shelf. I don't see where that is the customer's problem.

Quiet today, which is strange. I have shopped here for 30plus years. Many changes have occurred, but I must comment on my trip yesterday.Today, I was greeted by Cory [pictured] in the pet food department. He GREETED ME when I turned in the aisle where he was working. He was excellent. Cory was a perfect example of awesome customer service.I also visited the pharmacy to pick up a prescription sent by Dr. It took them less than 15 minutes to fill, and everyone in the place was so kind. Two of my favorite pharmacists were working together, which was a relief with a new medicine. I teased them that I knew I was in good hands with their advice.Thank you for 30+ years of support and LOW PRICES!

Revisited this location - the drinking water refill station is used as a trash can , associates go by it regularly to break and do not care that it is unsanitary. Overall this #Wal-Mart has a dirty appearance and is unorganized.The #Primo #water station had a 1/4" standing dirty water with plastic and bits of debre the week before as well. The wire rack where you place your drinking container, also dirty. Concidering this is drinking water it should be one of the most maintained spots in the store.I did speak to associates about it on my last visit - but was told "it is not their department".There is a Target, HyVee and an Aldies on the same strip all are better maintained options. I went to HyVee and have included a photo of the water refill station here.Several of the associates where pleasant. Some departments where out stock. Overall this location is dirty- understaffed and not well managed.

I despise going to any Walmart in general. This Walmart is fairly clean if you don't count the pallets of product in between every other aisle. They seem to have everything I've needed rarely been sold out of whatever I needed, their customer service has always been nice and no problems dealing with them, it's ALWAYS busy but don't have to wait too long for a self check out register, although if you need a clerk to approve something or fix something on it there only send to be one person for 8 check outs so you'll be waiting for that, and I've had problems with the register declining my card for absolutely no reason it had also happened to my mom and a few other people, always been money in my account used the right pin didn't have any blocks or locks on it and didn't go past my daily limit so still don't know what's up with that, and if you're in a department that has it's own register prepare to wait a bit for that person to come help you as well. Also don't be surprised if you're chased down trying to exit without someone asking to see your receipt!

Walmart is like the worst place to work. putting a cat down is not excusable. They don't give you holiday pay at all,their point system is stupid, if you leave early from work,it doesn't matter when you leave or why you're leaving you still get pointed. Which if you get to 5 points you're gone. Ohhh ya,they didn't have the decency to tell me I'm fired,they just took me off the schedule and blocked my account. There customer service also sucks.ive heard from employees themselves that it's alright to be rude to customers. Management doesn't do anything about it.

Not always the cheapest around. And the grocery pickup service thru online order....I wouldn't recommend. You don't get what you order or pay for AT ALL!!! I had ribeye steaks selected thick cut. Paid over 65$ for them. What I got when I arrived home was sirlion!!! And the vegetables I ordered by the can when I got home were the half sized 8oz cabs. NOT what I ordered or paid for. Then when I went back to complain and double check everything....every order but THAT order is still on record...it mysteriously disappeared!! Almost like it never happened. Only way I was able to prove the transaction ever happen was because of the record of it coming out of my bank! But surprise surprise walmart still couldn't find record of me ordering ANYTHING!!! Needles to Say all in all I was taken for roughly 100$ so NEVER order online to pick up your groceries. Unless ya wanna waste your hard earned money. Walmart is a bunch of crooks. Or hires crooks one of the two!!

I had a boot cast on. When I got there, there were no carts available. I was using my walker and I had to use 2 of the blue hand baskets. I had to get many groceries not even one employee stopped to see if I needed help or to go find me a cart. I spilled those baskets several times and even though there were employees in the isle they never came to help. Thank goodness some customers came to my aid. The checkout lines were so long I couldn't stand and wait for him so unfortunately I went to the self checkouts and there was one woman there but I'm trying to scan my stuff put it in the basket and set the put it in a bag and then put it on the floor because the baskets were too small and then I loaded them on my Walker to get out and never an offer from any employee at all. I spent over $85 and I guess I'm going to have to go someplace else to get my groceries especially when I'm hurt because there is no help at all on your end of it

Went on for a new plug for the charger on my phone young man who helped me was very friendly got me all taken care of,then some dude in front of the store had to look on my sack to make sure I didn't steal them blind which is why they are my last option to shop. No matter how positive of experience you have inside the store you always walk out with a negative because you got to prove your not thief when you walk out

Order from Amazon instead.This store would not believe that a $4.97 package of pens after using one of the checkers to bag my 4 items. (The "official" said that I misplaced the item after I left the store and did believe that his checker could have misbagged the item.)I took my complaint to the corporate office of Wal-Mart. The corporate Wal-mart office assured me that "upper management" from the local store would call me about this within 3 business days. It is now 10 days later. No call. No pens. No satisfaction.Use Amazon.

The general manager for online grocery pickup in Mason City just hung up on me! I just stated I will get the groceries that had been canceled by them somewhere else since their one and only scheduled pickup time was 9:30 p.m. the next day (it was now 5:30.)I know they are short-handed around the holidays. No wonder. I wouldn't like to work for her.She tells me the corporate wouldn't cancel for no reason. I offered to send her the message from them (due to unusual activity?), but she kept talking, then hung up.MY CREDIT CARD WAS NOT DENIED. THEY DID NOT CANCEL MY $380 ORDER.)THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO TAKE A PR CLASS, QUICKLY.

I HATE WALMART!!! I will never buy from ANY walmart again! I refuse to shop at any store that assumes I am a thief just for shopping. I was stopped by your watch dog upon leaving. I know he was just doing his job, but why do you need a guard at the door? Because you are too cheap to hire check out help! I wonder if the nun behind me was stopped also. I assume she was!I don't hate just the Mason City walmart. You are all the same. NEVER AGAIN!!!
