I bought a pair of boots online from tractor supply because the one in Mason City didn't have my size. They ended up not fitting comfortably. I took them into Mason City and in 2 minutes I had my refund. They were super friendly and courteous and made the experience super easy! I would definitely buy from them again!

I am so very disappointed with the service at this store. The lady manager has no respect for other people's time and is disrespectful to the fullest degree.

This business will put one price on their shelf and charge you much more. I went here to buy some ratchet straps and some other items. The price said on sale for $24.99. I brought that and an arm full of other items to the front. The gal said the price was an error. The manager and I walked beck to the shelf where it clearly said it was on sale for $24.99. He said the tag was in the wrong spot. He was quick to change the tag with another item and said he wouldn't honor that price. So I left my items on the counter and left. I went back a few minutes later after I calmed down, and he said the same thing. Again I was going to buy a few other things but I couldn't get past this. The price on the shelf should be the price charged. I left again. I gave them an opportunity to correct their mistake. They didn't, so I left again. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but this is what happened. I hope you all have a great day.Edit: I called the number they listed several times and never heard back. I'm just giving up on them. All this over a $20 mistake and a lie from the manager.

Very disappointing experience.We were driving cross country moving our daughter home when we got a flat tire on our U haul trailer. Had to buy 2 new tires at 8:50 p.m. from this Tractor supply. Our jack broke, we asked if we could buy 1 from them. Sorry, we ran the tapes, go to Walmart. 2 workers sat in the parking lot and watched us struggle for an hour. No, can we help you, borrow us a jack, or even offer to shine lights for us so we could see what we were doing. This is terrible and shameful. What a way to help customers that just spent over $400.00 in your store!!

I travel 50 miles to this store, The staff is hit or miss. There a couple of good workers. As a customer it hard to shop at a store. When some of the staff make you feel like why are you here... I was looking for a BBQ grill online.said in stock. The cashier told me you can't trust online.... The Mgr who was working and from Cedar Rapid store. Stepped in and showed me where the grill was... Thanks for the employee who still know customer service...

They're just great! Friendly, helpful, they don't just point in the direction that something is they show you were it is and one of the employees helped me put together a power washer over the phone.

Tractor Supply in Mason City.Thank you to Julie who went above and beyond to help us. We had ordered a part, and it did not arrive at the store when scheduled. Julie took time out of her Thanksgiving with her family in Waterloo, to get the part from the Waterloo Store. She brought it back to Mason City and we picked it up today.Hats off to Julie for her outstanding customer service!

It's a smaller farm store with fairly helpful staff members. They had a better selection of the item we were looking for than the other farm store that's bigger. Knowledgeable staff on gun safes so if you're looking for a GUN safe this is the place to go.

Really great store. Can find things you dont have at typical hardware stores. Sometimes items can be pricey but love how I can get just a couple of screws for cheap instead of buying a whole box.

Always a good experience. Generally I purchase LP Gas and it is never a problem for them to fill my tank, even in nasty cold weather.

Love the variety and uniqueness of the merchandise, always has things at a clearence price somewhere in the store, excellent selection of Schliech figurines, and nice helpful employees. Theyre a breath of fresh air from the corperate giants.
