Kaitlyn is amazing with my German Shepherd, Karma. Karma can be a total pain and Kaitlyn takes her time with her and Karma always is so beautiful when she is done. Kaitlyn is an amazing groomer and dies Petco proud, you're lucky to have her as an employee and we're lucky she is Karma's groomer and understanding friend!

As long as the groomer is experienced in poodle cuts they are awesome. The first one was not with a inexperienced groomer.

Giving my husky a bath is hard, I normally do it outside when the weather is nice as it's easier on my back and she enjoys it more. In the bathtub I have to sit on my knees and hunch over the whole time which causes terrible back pain. Giving her a bath takes so long without a sprayer, in the tub I'd have to fill a cup over and over again and pour it on her. With her double coat it takes so long just to get her wet let alone rinse shampoo then rinse conditioner. My personal blow dryer and a towel dont even come close to getting her decently dry-ish. With the DIY wash at petco we can take as long as we need (unlike diy wash stations at the dog park which gives you 8 minutes 😱) and they have everything I need to professionally and efficiently wash my dog. I really appreciate this convenient customer self serve wash and will use it all winter long. I tell everyone about it!

They ruined my dog. She was so sad when we picked her up. She used to love coming to the grommer but because of Petco she hates it. I picked her up from Petco and she was shaking. They made her look really bad. I am never going back to Petco.
