Customers be alert to the fact that your 30% coupons are not going to be good on all the items they used to be. You must read the fine print and even then you won’t really find out what qualifies until it has been rung up. Will definitely effect my future shopping at Kohl’s.

Nice store. The checkout gal was really nice. Didn't have the African American Journey doll I wanted. Had a good sale on the toddler clothes. Was short on time to look at much else. Checked right out. Good time to shop. Cute fox.

Super disappointed with their Kohl’s cardThey concocted a one dollar charge on it and never informed me of it , and for an entire year, they have had it reported to the credit bureau that I have a “derogatory negative balance, “ which affected my credit score and took me a long time to figure it out.Now when I called them, they’re not even able to tell me what it was about 😨

I went to exchange some clothing items for my daughter. The lady at the service desk had the best customer service I have seen in a long time... friendly, personable, and helpful. That was the best part of the trip to Kohl's. I came across one person on the sales floor, and she didn't make eye contact, smile, or greet me. At checkout, the cashier had a smile on her face and did her job (including customer service) perfectly. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the sales floor aspect.

I came to Kohl's in Mason City, Iowa to purchase gift certificates for Kohl's merchandise for my wife's birthday. The display has the certificates for the Kohl's merchandise displayed by those for outside vendors. I mistakenly picked up certificates for Apple. When the mistake was realized later that same day, I immediately returned to the store. I was told by customer service and the store manager that they could not trade the certificates for the correct purchase I thought I had made. My wife has been a very good Kohl's customer and we don't feel this is the way treatment should proceed. This occurred on 8/18/23. My name is Brent Cooper.

I didn’t get the best help while looking for shoes but I over heard an employee talk about how it was “just her” today so that’s ok. When I needed help I was able to find someone and they helped me. The bathrooms were very clean and I found what I wanted!!!

On 9/12/2022 11:58 a.m. I had an exchange for an air pot. I spoke with "Becky" at the customer service booth in Mason City. She helped me with the return. Then patiently spent time with me to order a different one (because it was not in-store). She showed me other ones I could order, helped me in measurement and then proceeded to order it for me and have it shipped to my apt. She took her time with me to help me get what I really wanted. I was so very appreciative of her help!! Now that is what I consider TOP customer service!!

Excellent job by Megan greeting us as we entered and helping me find where to do an Amazon return! The two ladies in the department that does Amazon returns were friendly. I found two shirts for awesome deals and checked out with Megan who is the best & friendliest cashier I’ve had in years!! Megan was marvelous and made my experience monumentally memorable by telling me how much money I saved and pointed out how much I have in rewards to spend next time while circling, all well maintaining a welcoming and genuine smile! I can’t wait to come back for another deal and I sure hope Megan is there to greet me and check me out! Best way to start and end a trip to Kohls is Megan’s award winning personality!

Jewelry department rude sales lady. She came to help the other associate. Black Friday, the line was long. She asked who was there first. The other customers said they are still looking. I said, I want to pay for the watch. She immediately said technically I can only help customers that wants to buy on the glass case. I was about to say the other associate was helping the customers with items not bought in the glass case. I left the watch and said, you can keep it. Kohl's in Mason City, Iowa need to retrain their sales associates, especially this one.

Never knew they ship ups... service was nice but customers were a bit testy...a guy cut in front of me in line to see customer service and then told me I wasn't in line... my younger self wasted to..."correct" him in the spot but my new self was a bit more civilized lol... if he only knew...

A great store to shop at. Ignore the "Karen" reviews, I read through them and it is for trivial, uncontrollable things. I always find something at a good deal, that looks good and is a good price. The other people leaving reviews left bad ones because they lost their receipt, didn't find very plus size particular clothes, or because of service during a blizzard. Stores can't control the weather, someone losing their receipt and it taking a few extra mins, or if someone wants a very particular brand in a very rare size. This store is actually great, I drive from over an hr away to shop here and always have a great experience.

Got what I came to get. Did have the color in size I wanted. Christmas shopping definitely had something to do with that. I tried to order the right color online, but they wouldn't ship to my local store for some reason and wanted me to pay shipping and handling. So, I decided not to order online Also, sale sign was a bit misleading, but still got a good deal on the product I bought.On the second item I ordered, the didn't have right size in stock. So, I ordered online delivered to local store and it arrived the next morning. I was very impressed.
