I always love shopping here. The staff is friendly and efficient. Only complaint is Hobby Lobby ditching their 40% coupon. Some of the prices are high. I usually wait for a sale if it is a very expensive item and hope it is a mailable. Hobby Lobby has such a wide selection I can always find what I'm looking for and for inspiration.

So… as it turns out (or was explained to me by the cashier) corporate has decided that when they put up their 50% off signs all over the store, it means ONE thing on that display is actually 50% off and everything else is regular price, but it’s not false advertising because if you lift the little sign up, it says so on the bottom part where it’s tucked into the thing that holds it up.I’m so disappointed in this new money making scheme. Bad idea Hobby Lobby. Maybe just quit with the 50% off signs all together and I’ll come back.

Decor is beautiful. Not sure why the employees have to be so rude.Last time I was here I went to the checkout labeled Returns because it was the only one I could see that was open. I got chewed out by the employee for trying to checkout there with my items because “the sign clearly says returns”.I went back today and there was a long line behind the returns lane so I asked the other employee near the checkouts if I should checkout with her. She said she’s not a cashier and she was calling someone up. So I asked where I should line up. She rudely explained that the cashier she called would be taking people who were next in line. So I assumed she meant the long returns line and I asked, okay, do I wait in the Returns line then? No response. So I stood there awkwardly in line while my baby was fussing and the next cashier came up and helped the people who had been in front of me.These people finished before the guy at the front of the returns line was done (the guy had a lot of stuff and Hobby Lobby is apparently still against scanning things and insists on manually entering all of the items, so it took awhile). I was still waiting with my fussy baby and the two pieces of decor I was buying. However, the new cashier decided to stop checking out after those first two people and went to socialize with the other employee near the lanes who had been rude earlier.By the time I was done I was really frustrated with the checkout experience and wondered why I keep bothering with this store. I probably will be back because the stuff is so cheap but I’m dreading it.

Large selection of products, but pretty overwhelming to a new person. Fun to browse around, but if you’re looking for something, it’ll take forever to find. There weren’t many employees stocking or just walking around to ask where what you wanted was, so I had to search for awhile. Customer service was friendly considering it was just the cashiers I interacted with because I couldn’t find anyone

Amazing! Went in looking for a custom frame, figuring its be a couple days wait. Nope, walked out the door with it! Absolutely pleased with the service and helpfulness of the lady who helped with frame suggestions! I'd highly recommend and will be back for future help!

Phenomenal deals! Store is always clean. Organized. Cashiers are always friendly. Only negative thing I have to say about the MC store is it is hard to find an employee other then the register at the front desk.

The Manger is extremely helpful, can't say much for the assistant manager. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The lines are normally short and they are quick to open new registers when lines get long.. The clearance racks have amazing deals.

Great craft store. Workers are always helpful and knowledgeable of their areas. The store has GREAT sales going on all the time. They're AWESOME in their framing department, I've taken numerous photos and prints to them.

Sure you have awesome supplies but I decided to not use the supplies and now I can’t return it to get my money back unless I have the receipt. This is the 21st century you should be able to look my receipt up with my debit card information. Also I only get half my money back in store credit without receipt.

Hobby Lobby is like most chain craft stores they have a wide selection of almost anything you could possibly want. I would highly recommend that if you want anything specifically don't just hope and show up I would definitely call ahead and ask specifically for whatever product you are looking for I've been disappointed on many times I can always typically find a close replacement but doesn't always work out to my advantage

I ABSOLUTELY love Hobby Lobby. They are pet friendly and have everything a crafter or home decorator would need. TerrificSales and always a coupon in the Sunday paper. The people in the framing department are so completely friendly and smart at what they do. The choices are endless and the professionals help with their suggestion. One thing people may not know about Hobby Lobby is that they have an awesome selection of greeting cards.If you are planning a party, do yourself a favor and stop here first. It is one stop shopping! Public restroom is available, too.
