Super delicious and very kind service! I came with my baby and they were very sweet to her. This was my first time and they made me feel at home! The two workers did a phenomenal job connecting to their customers and getting them excited about their shakes/drinks/etc. So glad I stopped in today, I've been wanting to go for a while now! Met Allen today, he is very energetic and positive. I got to try the Hot Banana Nut Muffin shake and herbal tea. The shake was delicious and hit the spot on a cold day like today. It was like warm banana pudding. The herbal tea is delightful and gave me the extra kick I needed to get through the day. I'll definitely be coming back for both!

When I walk in the door I’m greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I may have about the Herbal Life products. They take there jobs very seriously to provide a great customer experience. All the tasty shakes and teas keep me coming back to try more. In my opinion Healthy Strides is nothing short of exceptional in helping me maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This place has been amazing all around since day one! Customer service is always the best, drinks are always amazing, and the fun atmosphere they provide - along with spur of the moment FUN ideas (Ex. Delivery when needed, giveaways, fun live videos) just put the Cherry on the ice-cream. Lastly, Allen has a smile that will brighten the worst day ever. You can't NOT be happy when he is in your presence!

The drinks are amazing!!!A lot of places have great products but not all places have an amazing atmosphere and such friendly people. Grab a drink or shake on the go or hang out and chit chat for an hour either way you definitely have to check it out.

I’m obsessed! It’s a great place with great people in a great location! There’s something for everyone there! It’s more than shakes and energy drinks, it also comes with a great learning experience! I knew my body needed proper nutrients to give me my best health, but I never knew what all that entailed! I now can say I live a much healthier lifestyle since going into Healthy Strides. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Saying this place is phenomenal would be an understatement. Allen and the people there are very friendly. The strawberry lava lemon cake shake is mind blowing. 🤯 As a diabetic I'm glad to have a place like this in town.

I went there and immediately realized it’s just an Herbalife front. Gross! Go literally anywhere else and get real tea. They’ve been linked to liver damage and even death. Not to mention it’s a pyramid scheme… not worth it 🤢
