Mike Duitscher of Flooring America did a fabulous job in assisting us with picking out flooring and grout which would go with our room colors, and we were not disappointed. The floors look great! He set up the gentleman to come and measure each room and determine how much product we would need, and he also set the schedule for the installer and kept us apprised every step of the way. We didn't have to lift a finger and couldn't be more pleased! We hope to visit him again soon for another project!!

Mike has been wonderful to work with throughout our home remodeling process. He personally delivered 1,000+ square feet of Cortec flooring to our house (Mason to Osage) after work, and has been super helpful and responsive throughout the process. He also was able to help me find a local carpet installer to install the carpet heads on our stairs which was SUPER helpful and one less thing for me to add to my check list! A couple of friends used Flooring America to get both carpet and laminate throughout their entire house and it looked so good we decided to pull the trigger on redoing our kitchen flooring.We decided on a sheet vinyl (very 90’s I know but it’s what best fit our home situation) and it turned out killer! We were doing a complete home remodel/addition and I needed to get flooring lined up, so I stopped in to Flooring America in November to see what they had. I was very impressed by the brands they carried, the number of samples and the affordable price ranges! Mindi Martinson was wonderful! She was very professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. I was very specific on the color I had in mind and price range. Mindi helped me find some great samples to take home and try. I ended up going with the Karastan Refined Forest Collection in Fawn. We love it. It is excellent quality at an affordable price. It has beautiful, real-looking grain, a matte finish which is fabulous and does not show dirt and feels good to walk on with bare feet! I cannot say enough about this flooring. Our installer, Brian Sliger was great. He was very professional and so easy to be around. He kept me informed of any concerns that he had. Our house is older and with a new addition, there were some challenges with uneven spots. Brian took his time and worked very hard at making the floor perfect. And that’s how it looks! We have gotten so many compliments already. Mindi and Brian made this part of our remodel go so smoothly and I cannot thank them enough! We highly recommend going to Flooring America in Mason City!

We stopped in the store back in December so that we could pick out flooring for two whole levels of our home. We were looking at luxury vinyl for our main level kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and living area. In the 2 bedrooms, stairs, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs we chose carpet. Dan helped us choose what would work the best and came to measure for us. James came and did a fantastic job for us in March. He takes pride in his work and that meant a lot to us. Recently bought a house the was in need of serious overhaul. Due to budget constraints I ended up doing all the labor myself installing vinyl plank. Flooring America was the only retailer in the area that had Evoke flooring. (Real Quality stuff BTW) Quotes were very competitive and the service was awesome! Mike Duitscher was the gentleman that worked with me and was even available to answer questions after hours while I was installing it. Highly recommend doing business with this military supporting company, I will definitely be back!

I bought carpet for my entire home from Flooring America in Mason City. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect carpet for my family’s needs and price range. The installation was professional and timely! Unfortunately, after a year of having the carpet I noticed some unusual shedding of fibers, I called the store and the staff helped me file a claim with the manufacturer. Our claim was approved and our carpet was quickly replaced for free! I highly recommend Flooring America in Mason City due to the commitment to their customers and pride in their products! I have no doubt we’ll be returning to this store when we’re ready to upgrade the flooring in the rest of our home!
