This is a dollar store located on Mason City’s Infamous North End. The stores lighting is questionable but is mostly lit and has good staff. But I found the new Pepsi logo on on of the drink things.-Shy_Gun670.

Not a bad store. Most of the people that work in this store are great and helpful. Except the one girl. Her name tag says Samantha there (blonde hair) she is very rude Everytime I go in there. Last time I was in there she forgot to give some older gentleman his change and when he asked about it she was horrible to him. She the man said never mind. Other than that one employee I think it's a pretty good store.

Family Dollar on Federal Avenue in Mason City Iowa is a great location to stop at. They have all of the shelves stocked with all of your essentials that you may need. It's one of the nicer stores that we stopped at compared to Walmart / Dollar general. If you're in Mason City and need anything I would definitely recommend stopping at Family Dollar.

Always great prices and every time I go in the store they are friendly and ask if you need help. I mainly go for the low prices and convenience! Usually fast in and out as it's not very busy 👍🏼

Love this store! It's located right by me. Don't have to go to the other side of town just to get 1 or 2 items. Prices are decent.

Great location, fairly reasonable prices, extremely convenient for the Northern part of town. Pretty friendly staff as well. Some unique home decor for sale as well as many other items that I haven't seen elsewhere. I shop Family Dollar quite often and will continue.

The store was nasty dirty, and stuff was just thrown everywhere. There was a long line to checkout and only one employee to ring us up. The best part of the experience was the fact the gentleman was extremely nice not to mention helpful.

I go in this store on a weekly basis and usually spend 20 to 30 sometimes $40. I just now got kicked out because my four-year-old granddaughter had a backpack that was 8 by 8 in. The lady informed me it was policy that we could not have a backpack but where is that posted not on the door not bybthe y ca register nowhere. now what do you think a four-year-old was going to do. I will never ever go to that store again.

Some products could be low cheap airfare other brands I guess and sometimes certain people that work there AR seem to be run down and when they are they're complaining about the job not that they're bad people people complain about the job but they do it a lot
