Look at the filth in this dressing room. I had to take my shoes off in order to try on swim suit. It was nasty. As I returned suit to rack I noticed dust balls all over the floor of this store. What a pigpen!! This was in Mason City, Iowa

If you don’t know anything about archery, don’t make suggestions to uneducated customers. Better yet, stop selling archery equipment and leave it to professionals. My wife has heard me talking about archery a lot lately, so she decided to go out and get me a bow for Christmas. She asked the employee what would be their best bows for a beginner, and the idiot pointed out a Barnett Tomcat 2 youth compound bow made for kids 8-12. She noticed this and clarified that she was shopping for an adult male, and he continued to suggest this bow. My draw length is 27”, this bow adjusts from 15-23”… He didn’t ask any details like, “What is the man’s height?”or anything, just blindly sold this bow to my unwitting wife. Now I’ve ruined her surprise because it needs to be taken back as it will just simply be too small to be comfortably or accurately shot. If you don’t know, just say, “I’m sorry I am not sure, let me grab a manager for you.” Don’t sell items that will eventually just need to be returned and ruin the customer experience, or worse I take it out of the packaging and can’t return, wasting everyone’s time and money. Thanks for ruining Christmas idiot!!

This store has a huge selection of sports apparel and other sports related items. They email discounts often so as much as I dislike advertising emails, theirs pay off if the item you’re buying qualifies. Just don’t forget to mention it at the checkout because they don’t ask.

They have an absolutely amazing range of clothing to choose from. With my size I struggle to find adult clothes small enough to properly fit. However, they have great brands and designes in the youths sections so I could find exactly what I wanted. Super happy with their products.

I live 2 hours from this store. 2 weeks ago I had called to see about reserving two kayaks because this store had the best price on them. I was told I could only order in store, and could layaway in store only as well. I called last weekend to see if they would have any kayaks in stock if I made the trip down this weekend. I was told that they not only had several in stock, but would be getting several more in their shipment. I called last night to verify they had the kayak available in the 2 colors I was looking for and they did. Today I drove 2 hours to the store to find out not only did they not have them in stock, but didn’t have them yesterday when I called, and did not get more on their truck last weekend like I was told. Very frustrated with this entire experience, and highly recommend looking elsewhere for your sporting goods needs.

Looks like they have lots of inventory but when it comes down to it there doesn't seem to be a lot to choose from... Didn't have women's shoes size below a 7 that I could find and not a very good selection of the sizes that they did have and they didn't know if they had little disposable socks to use to try shoes on when I asked them. They had 2 pairs of shoes in my son's size to choose from he's a youth size 6. I'm sure most of it was because they had just opened this store a couple weeks ago but to me it seemed like just another sporting good store nothing too exciting about it.

Good to have a sporting goods store in Mason City. Better prices than Fleet Farm. They would rate 5 stars if they handled traditional black powder firearms.

Always have ammo. Need to get a better .22 Caliber Pellet selection or put half the effort. As they do for .177 caliber pellets. They only carry (Crossman .22 cal pointed pellets) ONE type of style and brand for the .22 cal air rifles. But for the smaller .177 cal there must of been 10 different styles of pellets. With at least 4 different manufactures. Gamo, Crossman, and Ruger were some available in .177Dunham's had a great selection of .177 springer, air pump, and co2. Guns to purchase from. Get 5 stars for review when they widen the aisles for handicapped customers and work on their .22cal pellet selection.

This store has everything from bikes and sporting wear to guns and kayaks. Full store with plenty for everyone in the family. You really must go in and see the quality brands and inventory is endless.

So much stuff! Really nice gloves and hats for winter. A little pricey but I kind of expected that. Only thing I didnt like is the largest sizes are XL...no bigger stuff.

Too much inventory to move around. I am disabled and there were so many clothing racks too close together, boxes, stools and other unnecessary items blocking the isles that I could not maneuver my wheelchair through the store. They Obviously don't cater to disabled persons
