After parting ways with this establishment and being let go after 3 months of non stop work not missing all but one day I have decided to speak up as I watch the horrible manager fire All my old coworkers for1. Speaking up for the mistreatment up the employees by management.2. For being told we get paid overtime to that not happening.3. To being told paid time in half for holiday pay to that not being true.4. To employees working months with out any pay.5. To being denied paystubs.6. For absolutely absurd working conditions and sanitary conditions.7. For complaint nonstop about nurmoura foul smells and maggots in numerous places ice bin, stirring spoons area.8 unfair wages for amount of hours put in.

Buyer be ware use to love this place but find my self second guessing myself as i was sent images and videos of mold, slime and maggots in or around the ice used for our drinks, these non sanitary conditions could kill me or cause me to become very ill as I have an auto immune disease, I'm absolutely disgusted. Im even more upset at the fact that the manager is aware of these conditions and does nothing to eliminate it.. very upset scooters!!

Found fly larva in my drink overall disappointed. Have reported to the health officials and corporate. Something you should never ha e to experience a serious change is needed at this location. As it is Sloppy, unsanitary and unprofessional. Very mismanaged, never have a good experience at this location as my drink is always made wrong or not made correct. Will not be returning to this location.

Same drink different size asked for no expresso in both. 1 was a tan color and the other all white. Asked why and she just shrugged. Ended up being one had expresso! Did not offer even to fix. Not to mention one had choc syrup on top and the other didn’t. Supposedly same drink! I figured when I got home I would just call and talk to manager and they have no phone number listed…

In the hustle and bustle of the morning, what I need is a fast way to get my caffeine fix. This is where Scooter's Coffee swoops in to save the day.The menu is large enough to accommodate many different preferences, but not so large it makes your head spin. 99% of the staff greet you with a smile and a cheerful disposition. This is extra nice when I'm still waking up and likely look just beautiful 😘.The orders are always fast and accurate and the property is kept clean and orderly. 5 🌟 all around!

I used to go to many different coffee shops; trying to find my own filling place! Finally, after years of looking Scooters was brought to my sight in Ames, Iowa!Your team does an amazing job! The crew really does go the extra mile! I finally, got the coffee shop that best fits my needs! My 14 year old daughter said their chocolate chip cookie was the best she ever had (high praise)! We also got the Caramelicious and Mocha small hot drinks.They were perfect! Flavorful and just hot enough to drink without scalding. Very good service! The cinnamon roll and chocolate mint chip cookie were outstanding.

I normally get great service. I love they have a sugar free option and protein. It's the only place I go to get coffee now. The only bad thing is that the staff at night isn't as nice or efficient.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free choices and lactose free milk options

Fantastic experience. I ordered 5 drinks and 4 food items. The ladies were fast, the order was accurate, they labeled everything for me, and they were very friendly. Will absolutely be back. It’s great to experience such wonderful service!

Can't really comment on atmosphere as it is only drive through.I marked it down one star for service as they didn't provide the total at time of ordering but only told you once you got to the window, which isn't a great thing when several cars are behind you.
