4th month in a row. No notification of Rx ready. Everyone checks phone numbers, finally had a sit down at the waiting area and called HQ. I thought, finally we're getting somewhere. Nope this is the last one. I've ran out too many times. Walmart gets it. Hyvee app is really terrible.

I came in to get my flue shot today and right before I get it at the last minute they ask me if I have insurance instead of asking me when I came up to check in for my appointment which I should up on time for and the pharmacy was so behind. And telling me that my insurance isn’t active when I know it is and I used my insurance for a medication. I’m not spending $40 dollars to get a pointless shot. Needless to say I should have made an appointment with Walmart as they ask you right away if you have insurance.

I would enjoy having a special line for people that know their meds are ready to pick up, I gave my Credit card saved but I have been told it does not make the service any faster. The line goes faster inside as I have waited 45 minutes in the line outside. I personally do not think you should be allowed to hold up the line to wait to have your meds filled if they are not ready. I do not go to the pharmacy if my meds are not ready it is a waste of time. The service is always great & always very nice & professional!

Worst pharmacy ever. Slower than heck, even during morning/day hours. Will never fill a script here again. Was told about 20 minutes, I drove around, ran some errands, got some groceries, over an hour later I checked back in, they said once again, “20 minutes”. The second “20 minutes” was another 45 min. Over 2 hours when I was told 20 min the first time. And I live out of town- I can’t just conveniently go home and come back. When you have a screaming baby with an ear infection it’s one sure way to lose a customer.

I have had wonderful experiences with Hyvee Pharmacy in multiple towns but THIS Marshalltown Pharmacy has a Pharmacy Intern named MUNG, that needs to be recognized for his Responsiveness and understanding in my need. The fact that he stopped what he was doing to help me, making my emergency his emergency, knowing my prescriptions were called in 6 hours prior to my arrival and the drivethru told me to come back in 20 minutes because they "were halfway done with one and partway done with another."I walked inside two minutes later and Mung treated me very well and got me on my way within seconds, even while the girl doing the other prescription kept saying, "well hey... are you going to ring her up then?" And then while walking the meds over to his computer, he turned toward her, smiled brightly and said, "sure!"Thanks Mung!

just got off my phone with kisten from hyvee phamcy. she informed me that i have 2ready for pick up. i told kristen that i was on delivery. she said that i would need to call every time i had a mediction ready, to tell them i need delievery? i will ask again if this is their new poilcy and if ir is i will be getting a different pharmacy, this morning i returned a cll to jason. from hyvee. he cleared up everything. i will be staying with hyee phramacy

Every time I go through the drive-thru it's a 15-30 minute wait. Sometimes 10 minutes per customer. If you're 3rd in line, get ready to wait a half hour. 4th or 5th? You're looking at probably an hour wait. Ridiculous.

Staff is very friendly, but getting your meds takes way to long. 10 minute wait turns into 30! They need to expand the pharmacy and hire more people. Get rid of express care and add on there. The drive thru is ridiculous!

The staff is friendly, very professional, and very competent. Refills are as easy as making a phone call and I have never had to wait very long, even when there is a long line in the store,

Decent pharmacy, but I wish they would actually have your prescription ready before they call you. Getting a call that it is ready and then standing there for 20 minutes while they get it ready is a bit annoying. I understand it takes time, that's fine, just don't call me until it is in the bag ready to be picked up.

I hate this pharmacy!!! Since Medicap has closed and transferred my records here I have had nothing but trouble with these clueless people!! one time they told me that I couldn't get my refill for another month. the last time I refilled it was May and this was the first of July. said that I could only get it refilled once every 30 days!!! another time I had three refilled and they only refilled two of them. So I said that I had dropped three bottles off and after searching they finally found the third one! said that someone had filed it in the wrong place!! another time I was told that my drug company had de-activated my account!! I called the company and was told that they had in fact refilled my prescription!!!! I am now in the process of trying to find a new pharmacy. another time I went there I was asked "can I help you" by a person that couldn't even look up from her computer. I didn't know if she was talking to me, or the person next to me. (she has no customer service skills what so ever!!!) I was also asked if I was allergic to any medications three different times!!! she finally got one of them in and it wasn't even one that I had said, so God only knows what medication they have me allergic to!!!! As I said in the beginning.....I hate this pharmacy and now fear for my health by having them refill my prescriptions!!!!

When I come here to pick up my regular meds, the staff is nice. When I'm here to pick up my opioid pain medicine- I'm treated differently.

Waited in line for ever and still didn’t have my prescriptions ready. Terrible they can’t hear you in the drive up even with the phone. Not like Hy bee Drugstore. I am going elsewhere!

The preferred pharmacy in Marshalltown and surrounding cities, they are always willing to help you - Either by answering questions, handling certain insurance issues and/or filling prescriptions promptly.
