I was in your shop Friday and bought two plants to be delivered to a funeral on Monday. They said they would be deliver before Monday. They were delived 15 minutes before the funeral. The price was still on the plant's, no card saying how to take care of them, no foil on the container, no bow on the plant, and the leaves were not cleaned up. I called and was NOT offered a refund or discount on my order. I will never shop there again.

LOVE you guys! My favorite place to get my flowers, fertilizer, gifts like no one else has, grass seed, etc. I get so many compliments every year on my flowers and tomatoes. People cant believe all the tomatoes I get off of two tomato plants. The secret is the plant of course and the fertilizer. thank you Earl May. Keep up the good work!!

I went there in the summer time for the first time, and they were SO rude. I didn’t know much about plants, and they made comments to each other about me. I thought maybe it was a bad day for them. Nope, I came back for house plants, and they were the same exact way. Id rather support a local place. Never going back.

What a great experience I had today at Marshalltown Earl May! I called and talked to Danielle F and she was amazingly helpful and so sweet! She followed up later with a callback letting me know my options. When I arrived she was just as helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I left happy and satisfied!
