Hot foods are not made after 6pm.Its been some time now, believing the night staff was taught a different way than morning staff? I didn't realize the time but thank you, for reminding me why, I stop in the morning! Thank You!I am finding myself going more frequently to this location, in Marshalltown. The staff is youthful but works great under pressure showing no tension, but a lot of enthusiasm. I have not come across anybody that has been rude lately which is nice. I appreciate the changes that you have made in this location as it really truly shows. Foods are being prepare with gloves, and are more enthusiastic about delivering your orders in a promptly manner without serving your food cold! Thank you so much! I will be visiting again soon! Keep up the great work!

Went in at 5:15 on a Saturday. Stood at the counter for 4 minutes and was ignored. I guess they were all busy serving the one car in drive thru. Thought the employee talking to her friend on her phone might set it aside to help me, but no luck. That’s okay. Now I know they don’t serve customers, I don’t need to go back.

The drive thru can be a bit slow sometimes. The line backs out into the road which isn’t the safest but everything else is amazing. My wife and I visit every week and are always pleased with what we are served. There’s always a smiling face at the window which is a good start to a day!

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through on Thursday September 1st, took about 5 minutes just to take my order from the speaker, there were 2 cars in front of me. I ordered a Boston cream donut, a medium iced nutty pumpkin coffee, a sausage egg and cheese breakfast croissant and hash brown bites. I drove up to the window, paid, was handed the donut and coffee and told they were still making the food, 15 min later another girl comes to the window and asks what i need and i told her i was waiting on my food still, she turns around and grabbed it and handed it to me. Drove off, headed out of town and went to take a bite of the breakfast sandwich and saw a very long blonde hair sticking out of the sandwich. Didn’t even take a bite, threw it away. Gross. I’ve only been here maybe 5 times since they opened and i will not be back. Terrible service every time.

My son and I go every weekend to sit and have some one on one time. We both love the drinks and donuts. When we first started doing this we would both get a grilled cheese and they were delicious but we have now stopped as the quality has went straight down the toilet. We went today and decided to try in case it was better. It was somehow worse. As with the last few times, the middle of the grilled cheese was cold so of course it was not melted. Only half of one side was toasted. Very greasy and chewy. They both went in the trash and we will stick with drinks and donuts from now on instead of wasting money on sub par food.

Pricey but who isn't anymore? Great coffee and donuts. I haven't been impressed with the other food items though. Just got two large French vanilla ice coffees with sugar and extra cream. Good flavor some might find too sweet.

Donut I got was amazing as always!! Staff was very nice and was working well with the Sunday morning rush. However I got an iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar and you could not taste the caramel or sugar at all!

It is ridiculous that a drive thru wait time is 30 - 40 mins. The whole point of a drive thru is for it to be faster. And when you're drive thru line bleeds out onto the street, you're goal SHOULD be to keep traffic moving but it seems like people pull up to the order sign and are left waiting for 5-10 mind just to place their order. You can do better Dunkin...

I have been here 2 other times and it was pretty good. However, after this morning I don't think I'll be back. I had a rough week and my boss was nice enough to give me a personal day so I thought I'd stop and get a couple things I like to chill at home. The snackin bacon I got was cold and wasn't cooked right. The mini stuffed bagels were like warm. The staff has a "I don't care and I don't want to be here" attitude. As a leader myself, it is not professional for workers to have cell phones in their back pockets. I don't go to Starbucks because of their prices but after this experience, I think they'll be getting more of my money as they are far more warm and friendly

Service not very friendly, or quick, bad teamwork and manager openly chastising all employees in front of customers which is never good. First time getting a dozen donuts there. Would expect them to be better for over $17 for them.Parking: At busy times there are very few spots and it is so tight with how the drive-through is set up that you worry about being hit by someone coming around the building from the drive-through when you are backing up right around the corner with the limited space and only 1 lane of driving there.

Been here several times. Donuts are good. Hot food is...meh. Staff are ALWAYS rude and inattentive. Have seen them more concerned with gossiping with coworkers than getting an order filled. Yesterday the gal gave me attitude and an eye roll when I asked for a cup holder for 4 drinks.

Good coffee and Donuts but often run out. 1/23/2020 Used to have good service and staff. Not so much any longer. Seems to be run lately by a bunch of kids that have never had a job before. Loud, rude, play loud music in the store. Was there on the 21st as well got to Hear 2 different staff swear!

Disappointed.Hadn’t had Dunkin in years so figured we’d give it a go. The coffee (a vanilla latte) simply wasn’t great (probably just not my taste.. which is fine and doesn’t warrant a low rating). Had the person who helped us been friendly and supportive, I may have gone back.Drive-thru was busy so we went inside. Store was ok. Seemed clean but nothing special. Person working the in-store register wasn’t overly friendly but maybe just a bad day?Ordered my latte with oatmilk. Even if it was because I like the flavor better than cows milk, it should immediately be a consideration that I may not want milk/dairy in my coffee.I didn’t even consider the vanilla flavoring would have milk but low and behold their French vanilla flavor swirl does (sweetened condensed milk).Not life threatening to me (and if that was the case I’d probably have done better research) so I simply stopped drinking after a couple sips, but in the future a simple “FYI, I noticed you ordered oat milk and this flavoring you requested has dairy in it” would you a LONG way.Probably no need to ever go back to Dunkin’ ✌🏼

Donuts were very good and freshly made. Coffee tasted burnt. Drawbacks include higher prices.It's still an ok place when you're on the go.

I walked into the store (for once the door wasn’t closed with the lock). Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and got ignored by 3 employees walking around so I left! Not even a “welcome in” or “I’ll be with you in a moment”, completely ignored. Usually 2-3 times a week I walk over and try to order a coffee for employees and the door is locked for “cleaning”, if you have to lock the door constantly because you can’t control the drive-thru line, maybe consider hiring enough staff (that aren’t dressed in whatever clothing they choose) to actually do their job. I also saw an employee mixing multiple drinks with the same stirring utensil last week, which is completely unsanitary... and gets in other drinks. No wonder it doesn’t taste the way it’s supposed to. I could continue on with this but I will choose not to. Get control over this staff. I have to call to have someone let me in!! I called last week and the call got ignored and I had to close my own store to get in my car and drive thru the drive thru to get a coffee. No notice on doors... nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes to be told there were about 3 types of donuts and I couldn’t wait for more. I don’t know if they weren’t cooking anymore at 7:15 or what the problem was. There was no sign telling me this before I waited in line and they have shut down the lobby. Marshalltown shouldn’t even have a drive thru as it blocks the main road and the line is always on the wrong side of the road so even after you go thru drive thru you have to wait to get out! Had the lobby been open I would have known there were no donuts and left without wasting 20 minutes so I could not get donuts womewhere else before work!!!!!

Messed up my order yesterday. Double charged me for a drink I didn't get. And today they took 20 to give me half my order and served two people who came in after me, before me. Still no drink. I'm mad because I used to love going to Dunkin', and now they messed it all up.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Our order was incorrect as we ordered an ice latte, but received a hot latte, but it was still good. The regular coffee had a lot of grounds in it and food portions were quite small.

Always a great iced coffee. Once I had my dog with my and they gave her a free pup cup(whip cream and a donut hole). Made for a great start to our day.
