I gave this DQ a 4 star over 3 years ago. I am now editing it to 2 stars. We've been here a few times to get blizzards in the past few months. Not once were they completely blended. It's like they put your topping on the ice cream and blend it into the top 3rd of the cup. The bottom ⅔ is just plain vanilla. Bring it to about 2 weeks ago and we went specifically to get the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, as it was something we used to always get with my grandma... Save yourself the money!! It was AWFUL! It tasted like someone just dumped a ton of nutmeg on some vanilla ice cream and threw in a few little pieces of plain pie crust as an after thought 🤦🏼‍♀️ It used to have chunks of ACTUAL Pumpkin Pie in it. Not anymore. It tastes awful, so definitely don't waste your money on this. Make it at home in your own blender, with the whole pie.

The 3 young ladies were working hard! It felt like they were a little understaffed. Line was long, clean environment, friendly faces, and over all my 4 star rating, could had been 5 if it wasn't due to the person handling money and used the same glove to make food. Money has many germs and this may had seemed like a good idea at the time but it wasn't. I hope in future you could change out your gloves and have extra staffing as needed. Thank you.Also, they have claw machine with rubber duckies! Nice touch!

An older, overweight, Dirty Blonde Heifer with a ponytail was extremely Rude, Unpleasant and instead of handing my change back to me she slammed it on the counter on the other side of the cash register, making me walk over to pick it up, then waited on another person before starting my order and gave that person behind me their dessert before even starting on mine! What a NASTY SERVING WENCH!!!! I won't go Back!!!

Yummy treats. We did the drive thru. Ice cream is always worth waiting for. They could speed up the drive thru just a bit by moving waiting cars to stalls to let the quick orders by. Our chocolate malt and chocolate shake made the miles home go by quicker.

Had the 6 piece chicken strip basket with onion rings and gravy dip. Excellent rings! And the chicken strips were outstanding as usual. Had a medium blizzard with peanut butter cups. Delicious! The owner is a young fellow, and he stopped by to make sure our meal was OK and to see if we needed anything else. Sammi, one of the young ladies that waited on us, stopped by also to check on us. Excellent food and customer service!

Average food—malt was good! Friendly service but no one was wearing a mask, only gloves. That was surprising! Most every customer coming in after us had masks, as we did. Restrooms & tables, etc. were clean and seating area was spaced with some tables closed off.

The workers are nice but that owner/manager is so stingy with the toppings. I ordered a small blizzard with cookie dough and all I got was dough dust crumbles. Definitely recommend the DQ down town instead.

Closed on Mondays, which always happens to be when my family wants to go get ice cream. Since they remodeled the building, everything has improved; the food, ice cream, and employees as well as the building inside and out. It's always a good experience.

This was my daughters first visit to a Dairy Queen! The store was clean and very nice. Was definatly an enjoyable experience! My father, my husband, my 9 year old son, my 6 year old son, and my 9 month old daughter really enjoyed our ice cream!

Great service, upper end for fast food. They could use a couple more "healthy" menu items, as well as a better calorie count on their menu items, especiallythose healthy options. Maybe something to build into an app? Better low fat/low carb/low calorie salad dressing options? But over all, good, great ice cream cakes!!

This DQ was very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't say enough good about them. Said hello when we came in and thanked us when we left. Great management.

Last time I found a long hair on my burger, this time they did not put everything on it and it was greasy. Last time I go there to get food. Why pay full price if I’m not gonna get everything on it?!? Food is going down hill fast. They get half a star.

Was coming through Marshalltown and wanted to stop for lunch. Headed to DQ because that’s always fun to enjoy. The folks at the S. Center St DQ were friendly and upbeat - something you don’t always see in the restaurant business. Lacey was great at the front counter; our food came out fresh and hot, it was great! The manager and employees greet customers while their dining and ask if they need anything. I can tell that their mission is serving people. It really shows in the culture. Would recommend 👍🏼

Consistently excellent!I get frustrated when I'm expecting one thing and a product doesn't measure up. This Dairy Queen has consistently good food and icecream and their service is almost like a fancier restaurant. Sometimes I'm tempted to leave a tip.This place pays attention to the little things that make people happy... like flipping every Blizzard over when they hand it over.
