I have never had an issue at the Marion Petco until a week ago. Some guy supposedly cut my dogs hair supposedly brushed teeth, glands etc. if I had been seen what he didn’t do I would of stormed back in there but it was 6:00 and they were closing. It cost me 100.00 and he only gave him a bath that I noticed. I will NEVER have him touch my dog again!Bixby and his mom

Our 1 year old labradoodle chewy was so loved on at his grooming appointment and they took such good care of him. All of the ladies were super sweet. Chewy was so happy. Can’t wait for his next grooming. And highly recommend petco over petsmart. Before after photos. He’s silky soft

Bella, my American Eskimo, is sometimes apprehensive about leaving me. Our groomer, Cali, will pet Bella & talk to her until she's comfortable. Cali always asks if I want her groomed like last time or if I want her to do something different. If they have any questions once I'm gone, they will call me. I highly recommend Cali & Petco!

I have two brother golden doodles that had very long pretty hair. They shaved them to the bone. they were being brushed every single day and had a little bit of matting around their genital areas due to a recent surgery. There was also a small amount matting behind their ears due to it being hard to brush and we couldn’t get them into a groomer. This does NOT mean shave their whole body to the bone. The groomer also cut open his skin in a few areas. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Another fantastic groom by Jazzmyn! My girl is so beautiful. I am pretty biased, though😍 ❣️ Miss Black absolutely loves Jazzmyn, too. So much so that when she saw her heading to her car, she ran over to her like she was going home with her instead.

Very unprofessional. Even went as far as having one of their employees text me off their personal phone being completely rude because I canceled a grooming appointment that THEY SAID they were too busy for. What a joke.

The clerk was able to help me get set up with a new harness that fit my new dog better and I found everything else that I was looking for. They also got me set up with the Vital Care Program.I have also had my dog groomed and they did a great job. The groomer talked with me about the winter and confirmed that I had a good idea for that time.

Staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.Gracie is amazing. She helped me with me order and even loaded 40 lb. bags of dog food into my van.

Everyone was very helpful! My dog has cancer and I try to feed him mostly organic, I cook his food but I also add other things to his diet. He loves the dehydrated chicken strips, i found some that have flaxseed oil and turmeric both antioxidants and flaxseed is anti Inflammatory. I also got tripe chews, they have great nutrients but very stinky! 😂 what dog doesn't like stinky food! They did adjust the price to match the online price. I definitely was very happy with the help today! Thanks Petco team!

I needed to get a Thunder Shirt for my dog for the 4th of July fireworks the city we live in puts on. They fly right over our house and my dog gets very anxious when they go off. When I went to Petco a nice young man took me to the Thunder Shirts and helped me pick out what I needed. Then when I went to the checkout area Stormy helped me more with figuring out what to do to help calm my dog. She was very caring and friendly. Both of these store employees went above and beyond what I expected from Petco.

I always love this place I've gotten so many good items here. They have a tag maker for your pets which works great, and I got some odds and ends for my pets. But they are a great place to get what your looking for.

We went to petco to have our cats chipped. One of our cats has significant anxiety. When she was struggling the girl working grabbed her and pushed her head down to try to give her the shot. I'm not sure i've ever seen someone be so aggressive with an animal. She was visibly angry with my cat the entire visitShe may have been having a bad day but I would prefer she not take it out on my cat. I guess I would prefer to see animal lovers working in a position such as this not someone who has an apparant distaste for them.

They have a good selection of various pets supplies. They also do pet adoption at their stores. It would be nice if other pet parents would pick up after their animals

This is our go to pet store. 4 out of our 5 kids have gotten their hamsters here. Staff is nice and knowledgeable and the hamsters are under $20 this one is the last fur baby added to our family he’s a dwarf hamster.

I went to Petco looking for a specific fish tank heater. I was able to find what I was looking for. However, the staff was not very knowledgeable about store items. The star was really busy at this particular time because they were having a dog class. Even so I was able to get through checkout relatively quickly. I did have to wait because the gentleman in front of me was asking a lot of questions about products he was buying. Appreciated the fact that the staff, even in the checkout took time to patiently answer his questions.

Had an appointment at 11 for a dog grooming…. Didn’t get done for 5 hours…and cost $83 for a small dog that was well behaved! 😳😬 Insane. Will not be returning.

The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I love there are so many options for cat/Dog foods. Any pet item, tool or Toy you could want they sell. But they are extremely over priced. Ridiculously expensive.

I just popped in with my mom to grab some toothpaste for my dog, but we glanced at the animals and their enclosures while we were there. Haven't been here in a while, and was happy to see how things have changed since I've last been in!As far as chain pet stores go, this place does a good job of caring for their animals. The lizards weren't on sand like I've seen at a few other places (which is good, for non reptile owners. Sand can cause impaction and kill your reptile), and none of the reptiles looked underfed or had dirty enclosures. All of them had access to clean water.The fish also had very clean water, and were pretty active (LOVE that some of the tanks showed the sizes some of the fish would become as adults). Extra points for no betta fish in teeny plastic cups!All in all, kudos to the employees for going above and beyond in taking care of these animals. I'm no expert, but this place is definitely MUCH better than a lot of other locations I've seen. Great job you guys!

The groomer, Maddie, has a kind, gentle and calm disposition. I knew the moment I met her she would be the perfect balance for my high anxiety, Maddie. My Maddie has not scratched once since she came home, does not smell perfumey, and is calm.

Not a positive experience. My wife and I brought our Pitbull for a grooming/de-shed. We basically felt like we were a burden the whole time + it took 4 hours to work on our pup. When we picked him up the grooming workers told me to “grab his paper on the table, pay, then you can get the dog.” ($80 for a de-shed…) We accidentally forgot his leash in the truck, so as my wife was coming inside with it, the employee just unleashed my pooch and tossed him free from behind the counter, and I had to grab him before he ran out the door. They staff just ignored us and we left. All-in-all a very unfriendly experience, poor customer service.
