Not the same since Riley left. My dog’s hair was very choppy. So many different lengths. Honestly the worst haircut he’s had. The owner tried to say that he was matted, then told me that he should get a different haircut because the groomer is used to shaving him down. I wanted his hair longer since it’s winter and we are outside a lot. It would have been nice to at least have someone own their mistake and attempt to correct it. I certainly would go that route if I wanted to keep a customer.

I paid a little more to take my dog here for grooming. I was not thrilled with the "bowl cut" type haircut on his ears and his toenails were still long when I picked him up.Not worth the money.

I am really happy about my dog's coat, lab mix and notorious shedder. Riley applied a deshedding treatment on my dog and his coat has never looked and felt so good. A week post bath and still minimal fur is on my hands when I pet my dog. Thank you for giving my dog the service he very much needed!!!

I have taken both my girls, Cockapoo and a Toy Poodle for the last few grooms, Alittle far to drive but, the girls look great. Jenny and Rhonda are so nice.They groom so anyone can see them groom and howthey treat the animal they are working on.I just wish They took good photos of my girls when they were done being groomedI really miss that from previous groomers.I love how they groom and anyone can see how they treat

I've always taken my schnauzer to Ronda she is the best groomer I know very kind and loving with my schnauzer dose amazing work he always looks his best and she always listens to me and his haircuts always turn out how I like it too will never go anywhere else with my dogs!!

Riley did an amazing job on our 5 mo old Aussiedoodle’s first groom. He groomed her just like we wanted and she smelled awesome!

Absolutely love them! For all of you complaining that your dogs hair isn’t perfect....have you seen your dogs up on the table?! I have yet to see any dog sit still. They do great work and the ladies here are so kind! Wouldn’t take my girl anywhere else.

We’ve been going to this place for awhile now and we are disappointed every time. I’ve tried making sure to communicate exactly what we want and they just fail to get even close every time. I’m not asking for much, this time I asked for my Wheaten Terrier to have an even cut all over - 1in all over if possible (she had about 2 inches of hair) and she came back with shaved ears (which I was trying to grow out long!) a big head, and it seemed like they didn’t even try to brush her out first before just shaving her short - which was choppy all over - and her privates not even shaved. She also comes back exhausted every time so I wonder what they do to her in there.

Love the groomers here! We recently saw MEGAN P at this location. We were so impressed with her genuine care for our poodle that we brought our bichon Miss Daisy to her next! Our pups )OVE HER! The staff here is very compassionate nice group here taking great care of these pampered pups! If you are new to area or have a 4 legged beauty I would recommend MEGAN or any of the groomers here!!!

Best place in the Cedar Rapids area I've found after trying several. Dogs were afraid of going to one place on Center Pt Rd that's decorated in black & pink (you'll know it when you're there and they were never able to complete the grooming); always had an excuse why but still charged the full price. PPetz is so accommodating and a fair price. I couldn't be happier.

Love Ronda and Jenny and these two are superb groomers that I was happy to follow from the Dog House. I was truly surprised yesterday when my 2 dogs came back clipped but not bathed and my Cavalier still had a mat behind his left ear.

Jenny's Pampered Pets is a little out-of-the-way pet grooming salon with which I couldn't be happier. They can usually get me in within a 2-3 day window, which is saying a lot because my Great Pyrenees (i.e. GIANT ball of fluff) takes an entire day to groom. Whatever it takes (it once took FOUR baths), they get my girl back to her sparkling white, blow-dried, brushed out and trimmed up. What's more, their prices are super reasonable, and they always seem happy to see my girl (I wouldn't be if I were them - she is so much work!!). I've been going to Jenny's for over a year now and I couldn't give a higher recommendation.
