I took our Sophie to Kim's this morning,what a great experience we had,they were so nice and did a great job on grooming our little beagle. I would recommend them 100 %, so glad we have a place where we can get her tended to and know she's treated with kindness,you can tell they love what they do!

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell they truly love what they do. They manage to get my Frenchie’s nails clipped and she feels so comfortable with them. Top notch service with so much love!!

My dog’s fur was really matted with lots of knots, but the groomer did an AMAZING job with her! No cuts or nicks — which sometimes happened when I brought her to other groomers. Dakota even left with a cute bow! Three of my friends recommended Kim’s Animal House, and I’m so glad I took my pup there. I’m happy I now have a new groomer I can trust!I do wish they had someone to answer the phone, though. I had to play phone tag several times — which was a little frustrating. I would recommend they get a phone system that keeps transferring the calls to different numbers until a live person can answer.

Awesome job- first haircut for our mini golden doodle puppy who had a terrible experience at different business and after taking her to Kim her whole personality after the grooming went from shaking, scared and skittish to jumping with excitement and playful. I knew she was well cared for and no worries!

Kim has groomed my five shih tzus, Shiba Inu and cat for over two decades. I would NEVER go anywhere else. She has always shown my pets love and compassion thru their experience and is a fair and honest business person. She always gives 100% and welcomes all into her shop. I have a Chinese Shar Pei who has black nails, so I don't like trimming them on my own. I asked my trainer for recommendations on pet groomers and she recommended this place. I decided to not only have his nails trimmed, but to also have him go through their normal washing services.I was a little sad they didn't have a Website, as I personally always like looking through those before doing services. If a place doesn't have a website, I usually pass them over and find a different place. However, this place had a lot of good reviews here on Google and my trainer recommended, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I'm so glad I did!!!From the moment I called them to set-up an appointment, to the moment I was getting my dog to bring him back home, I was pleasantly happy with everything. If you're still deciding on who to choose, give them a chance and call them. You won't regret it. I know I didn't! For those of you who like reading details like me before deciding on a place, keep on reading. I'll take you through my whole experience. :)I'm one of those millennials who like doing everything online and not calling. Since they didn't have a website or anything like that, I did have to call to ask a few questions instead of reading what they offer or emailing them the questions. I have extreme social anxiety, so I was nervous to call, but the woman who answered was incredibly nice!I have a Shar-Pei, and they have tons of wrinkles. You have to bathe and dry them a certain way, otherwise the moisture can cause mold in their folds. I asked the woman who answered if they've done shar-pei's. She said that the owner has, but she hasn't personally. She did say that their wrinkles would be treated the same as a pug's wrinkles though, and she's correct! She even used her knowledge and explained to me what could happen to the wrinkles if not treated correctly (I already knew this, but it was exactly what I was looking to hear from them). That definitely eased my worries. She also explained everything they do and their process throughout it, which made me feel even more comfortable in choosing them. She set-up the appointment for a few days later. I thought they were going to have a longer wait before I could be scheduled in. Thank goodness it didn't! Another thing I was happy about.The day came and I went to the appointment. As I went inside, I noticed a few signs saying they only accept cash and checks. I'm the type of person who finds it easier to only use cards, so that was a little annoying to not be told on the phone that ahead of time (cause I don't carry cash or checks), but I had to wait for my boy anyways and it only took a few minutes to go to the bank to withdraw cash. :)I then met the groomer/owner, Kim, and she was incredibly nice as well! She greeted my boy enthusiastically and he took to her almost immediately with the pets/rubbings she was giving him. He was a little timid, but that's how he is with all new people he meets. I felt secure leaving him there. When I came back, he looked so cute with the hankerchief they put on him! His fur was also super soft to the touch, compared to his bristly nature.I'll definitely be coming back! Thank ya, thank ya, thank ya. :)

I told thm a cockapoo they said they had peekapoo yet the called for shot records they quoted a price then more when i went to pay i refused i paid only what i was quoted they did shave him BUT forgot around his private and Getting hair out of his ears yet was charged for thatSTAY AWAY FROM THEM MINUS 0

I was told to come in anytime after 8 AM I asked specifically what is the latest that I can bring my dogs and then because I did not understand how they couldn’t book an appointment for me? I was told that it depended on what time I wanted them done several times. When I came in I was told that I was supposed to be there at 8 AM I told them the story and another lady came out and told me know that she did not tell me that and that I was lying. I was followed out by the dog groomers and snapped in my face and yelling at me. So disrespectful. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Rude and she should have went to jail for how she treated me. Kim is disrespectful and should not be in business.
