I have had great experience with this store from the get go! If you can not find what your looking for just ask any employee, because all of them are truly happy to help! I have 4 chickens and a English lopped ear bunny who's huge, a Great Pyramese and 2 hamsters ❤. I can actually stop at one place to obtain all the items needed!!!😁😁❤❤❤. I highly recommend you stop in and even just look around. Lots of different items. From me and all my pets, a HUGE THANK YOU 👏 Your crew is great.

The staff has always been extremely helpful to me. In fact, they have always gone the extra distance to make sure I am always a 100% completley satisfied customer, regardless of what I need. I can't say I have ever had such satisfaction with any store every visit. I would reccomend this store for a wide range of items. They have even special ordered numerous items for me and have always gotten the order right. They give me a courteous call when it arrives. Their prices are comparable to most. Factor in gas to IC or CR and I save money and time shopping here.

A friend had purchased a large bag of dog food for me while I was out of town for work. Well, they got the wrong stuff! They told me they bought it at Farm & Home. I took it back and what my friend bought, was the closest to what I get they had in stock. They couldn't give me cash without a receipt, but put it back onto my card. They were ever so helpful and friendly!

This is a horrible company to order from. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Trying to sell granola bars for $34 a box! When I called and spoke with Vanessa (the only person working in the online department), she was unprofessional, rude, uneducated in her reaponses, and should NOT have a position in customer service. Stay clear consumers!
