Love the people there. Don't care they have boxes in the aisle that means they are restocking the shelves. I appreciate that. They are small town and I love paying the cheaper prices versus big g if I don't have to. If you don't like going to DG than go elsewhere. You're doing great Marengo DG.

Lisa is a sweetheart I called to ask if they had some items in their store and not only did she go look to confirm she also brought the items to the front of the store so I wouldn't need to do anything but pay for them. Saved me tons of time and due to surgery last week I needed the extra help of not having to search around the store. Thank you Lisa!

This store doesn't even deserve one star. Last night I was walking through the store with an item in my hand that I was planning to buy, and my phone started ringing. It was in the bottom of my purse amongst several pens and markers that I had with me (all bought at walmart) so my boyfriends siblings wouldn't get into them. Just because I had the item I was purchasing NEAR MY PURSE I was accused of stealing. I was mad enough that I put said item back on the shelf and left. They had called the police and I was searched AGAINST MY WILL outside of the store. If this is how they plan to treat their customers, I will NO LONGER give this store my business!!!

They had the products I needed n wanted. The store in general needs more room, especially for overstock. Person on duty was on top as clerks go.

It is always so cluttered with stocking carts with boxes that have been broken down. You can't get around the store very easily. Some of the clerk's are very rude. They usually have only one register open and the lines are very long.

Lot of hard workers there, the store manager is great and they do their best for a small town store.

So this particular store in Marengo has gone through more people from management down. They again have a new manager and new employee's. And this is a very busy store.
