My experience was extremely short, but when I notice truly excellent customer service I want other people to know. The staff that I dealt with at the Marengo Capper Chevy store all went above and beyond to help me out even though I hadn’t called ahead for an appointment, I had an small safety issue with a company vehicle. I was only in town for a short period of time and they did all they could to get the truck taken care of and get me back on the road for work. Even followed up promptly to make sure all was okay. The guys in service were very helpful, and a sales man and a guy that worked in the detail department both took the time to greet me even though they knew I was in service. Thank you all for reminding me that there’s still good customer service out there!

I contacted this dealership from out of state (GA) in regards to a very nice truck they had for sale. We are from Illinois and while we were staying in Amana Iowa, somewhere we unknowingly picked up a screw in a tire. The closest place to fix it was Capper Auto Center. So we filled the tire and prayed that it would stay up enough to get there. They agreed to squeeze us in and we were out of there in less then a half hour. The price was also very fair. Thanks Capper!!!!

A few weeks ago my wife and I were on a camping trip. On the way to our destination my tire light came on,we were close to Marengo so I limped it there. I put some air in tire at the Casey's but noticed that it was not holding said air. The car dealership was close by thought they could help me out. They got my tire temporarily fixed for me told me to get new tires sooner than later. They didn't charge me for said work. They were very very friendly and helped me out in my time of need. I would highly recommend them for any and all your automotive needs. Great job guys.
