So as a regular to the Marcus Pizza ranch (2 -3 times per week for lunch. I have to say that going to eat lunch and not having any food on the buffet is started to get annoying. We are there at about 12:15 and the buffet is empty usually very little chicken maybe a few slices of pizza and some fish that is cold and soggy. I would think as long as they have been reopened they would figure out when the rush is and prepare. It seems as though they are restocking the buffet as everyone is leaving to go back to work. Please try to prepare better for the 12:00 lunch crowd.

Probably the most friendly pizza place I have been to, considering this was busy and they still treated us with courtesy and respect despite they were under pressure with lots of customers, they were a little understaffed too.I really wonder how nice they can get when they get less pressure and more breathing space when they are doing service.Onto the food, the food was decent and the fried chicken was amazingly crunchy and tender, the pizza was a little greasy but less greasy than your average pizza place which I liked and I also really enjoyed their Canadian bacon pizza here.Come here if you want to have a good eating experience here in Marcus!

The chicken and biscuits were overcooked and the biscuits weren't fresh at all. After waiting 40 minutes and arriving at the time told, it was once again disappointing. The mashed potatoes and gravy were both good but definitely not hot. Clearly not a place to eat as it wasn't even busy but even the inside was a mess.

First, we order a family combo meal which included a pizza, potatoes, GRAVY, chicken, and cactus bread. We get our food, with no gravy. We ask for our gravy and they told us they don’t have any, which they could have done when we ordered, a took the small amount off beings we weren’t getting the full meal we ordered. Doesn’t end there, the lady working the register told us we weren’t missing out because the gravy was disgusting. THEN. We came to find out that our potatoes were cold. Not luke warm kind of cold, literally cold to the touch. We hate to complain but we would like our food hot, so we let them know. We then hear the younger girl, who was working the register, yell loud enough the whole restaurant could hear, to “take them out, mix them up, and put them back in there”. Well, at least she said please. We had family in town, thinking this would be a fun place to go grab and bite to eat and visit. Unfortunately we were all a bit disappointed.

Good food... just wish that when we came in for lunch buffet it would be already out instead of having to wait for 15-20 minutes to eat. Came in today at 11:15 and only salad and cheese sticks were out. When we come in for lunch we dont have that long to wait just to start eating.

This is a pretty good Pizza Ranch! I even has an arcade! I went here for lunch, and it was probably the busiest Pizza Ranch I've been to in my entire life, and the chicken legs were so hot they probably could've burned off my teeth! Other than that, it was darn good!

Love the Pizza Ranch chain and its integrity. So disappointed by the Marcus Pizza Ranch. Inconsistent and poor service with unpredictable hours contrary to what is posted on their business door, webpage, and social media.
