This store did not have the dog food I was looking for, however, staff researched which other Theisen stores in the region might have, and then called one of the stores and asked them to put my name on it and hold it until I got there later that day. The item was waiting for me when I arrived at the other store. Excellent customer service!!

The only options for insulated beverage containers were overpriced and wildly out of scope for my requirements. 35$+ for a tumbler that stays ice cold for a quarter of the day? NO, BUT THANK YOU FOR PROVING HOW INEPT YOU ARE AT MAINTAINING MARKET RELEVANCE.

Great place for all your gardening stuff you need, and not just that either. Need tires, grills, hunting gear..etc. And who doesn't like a freshly popped bag of popcorn while shopping..like I said they have it all.

Great place to shop, staff is really helpful and friendly. Plant selection is tough to beat, and they often have some great deals on seasonal goods. Only thing I can say negatively is that they stopped doing oil changes... It was super convenient here in town to use them for oil changes, but the entire company scrapped the program.

I called around to find FRESH FLOCK bedding. NOT FRESH FLAKES. I drove an hour to come and get it because they told me they had what I wanted. They didn't. It was the complete wrong product. As my father and I look around, no one helped us. A group just standing there flirting with girls and not helping customers... your welcome 🙏 you can put the cart away that I left with chicken feed on it. Never going here again.

This is a great small chain farm store. The prices are quite fair. They have a huge selection of about everything you could use on the farm. And there's always someone around that can give you a hand if you need it. It's a good farm store that's been in the area for many many years.

Has a good selection of a wide variety of items. It's my first stop for pets and household items. Any small projects are checked out there first. Bought all the paint for my house there. They were a big help narrowing down the colors.

Very easy to locate the items your looking, isles are marked with signs and it's well lite up. The store is very clean and they sell made in America products!!! That's very important to me and the prices are competitive. And if the prices were higher for made in America I don't care I will pay it.

Pretty cool place. They have just about everything that you could ever want. People are always very friendly and willing to lend a hand. Great selection of items and pretty reasonable prices.

Nice staff, great products but the auto service department is under staffed and just lazy, they got 1 person working and couldn't even take 10 minutes to do a tire plug. Like doing a oil change only car in there, just pulled the oil pan plug and have to let it drain and tells me he is swamped lol you could do a tire plug while car drains. Smh terrible !!!!!

Theisens is a great place to shop. They have a good balance of different items. They have firearms, pet stuff, and even some food items, to name a few. The staff is friendly and you will see many made in the USA stickers. They also have an easy to use website for convenience of ordering at home.

Theisen's is a great place to shop for farm, auto, or home. It is kind of a mix between Farm King and Blaine's, except you get to eat free popcorn while you shop! This facility seemed older but most things were in order. Staff seemed pretty friendly.

Local hardware type store. Stopped in for some hardware to repair our camper. Grabbed a file to sharpen my axe. Staff was helpful in grabbing 40# bags of dogfood and taking them out to my truck. Will definitely continue shopping there.

Been a customer for over 25 years . In an average week i would spend more there than at the grocery store .It was my GoTo place to find and buy farm/ranch/ ag related hardware and supplies . Unfortunately for me I have noticed in the last few years that Theisens in Maquoketa has been trending away from being a farm/ranch supply store and is turning into more of a City folk / Target or Kmart kinda store . If you want snacks, food, toys or housewares.... they probably have it . But for ranch/farm hardware.....Sadly I now have to often go out of town or buy online .
