Fast unloading.Has a dead end street in front of warehouse. Good to park for the night. Keep it clean.There are trash bins put out for us truckers to use. Respect the property

Awesome experience, from guard to people in recieving, everyone was nice . Checked in one hour before appt and was unloaded with paperwork in hand 15 min before appt. !

Arrived and waited on street till 1hour before apt time, i had load of water,receiving door at dock82,unloading started at apt time lasted for 25min and waited 15 min for paperwork,there is parking on the street,walmart and small truck stop (Kwik star) 1,5mile away.

The shipping and receiving yard is absolutely pathetic. It was never plowed after the snow. Not one grain of salt to melt all the ice. It’s like you guys don’t care for the drivers well being to have anything done about it.

They provide overnight parking on the street connecting their facility to the main road. Which, is very much appreciated. Equipped with several dumpsters which is another win.They won't take you more than one hour before your appt time. I tried 2 hours early because of other reviews and they asked me to come back in an hour.

Delivery is 5 star. Overnight parking on road. Staff was super friendly. They took me a whole day early on my delivery. Got a door quick and started to unload me within 5 min into dock. Clean restrooms. Will love to be back here again.

Over night parking available. Lots of space. DO NOT TRASH OR PARKING PRIVILEGES WILL BE TAKEN AWAY BY THE CITY. Hate to see truckers complain about no parking and then throw trash out wherever they park. ONLY 1 HOUR EARLY UNLOAD.

Had a 9 pm appointment for a live unload. Checked in at 8 pm, was in a door at 8:10 pm. Unloaded at 8:39 pm and on the road at 9:10 pm. Very friendly employees at both gate and receiving. More than enough room to maneuver. Receiving has bathrooms and a vending machine. Overnight parking on the street, please keep it clean. They’re kind enough to provide dumpsters. They do have lumper fees. Awesome place to load/unload at

Hands down best DC to deliver. they recieve 7am-noon (not sure of their evening unload times) and will work trucks in if late and still get them unloaded in 2 hours or less. I deliver here multiple times a week and have never had a truck rejected for missing an appt. All DC's should operate like this one here.

Not very usual to be this way at a distribution center but this place is good. I was 22 hrs early and they took the load. It only took an hr to be done. Nice people. My suggestion is if you're day early and you can get there before noon give them a call. Wouldn't hurt to try. Overnight parking on street in front & small truck stop down the road. Just please DON'T leave your garbage on the ground for them to pickup.

21:00 appt. checked in at 20:30, like others have said the lumper service is a little pricey. I paid $235.00 for 28 pallets but my broker pays that so no big deal, I was out the gate @21:25. I parked on the street overnight, and swept out my trailer using the provided Dumpsters. My trailer wasn't all that messy afterwards like others had said theirs was. I would come back anytime 😎

Must agree with one of the fellow drivers. The staff here and the security officer are very nice and politely mannered. I arrived checked in and they gave me a door right away and started UNLOADING me quickly. Great job guys!! Gave them a 4 star review because they are a billion dollar company still charging lumper fees. No bueno!!

Had a wonderful experience here, in and out with very little headache or downtown. Security was knowledgeable with regards to the lay out of the yard. Had plenty of parking for overnight or 10-hour resets and even had dumpsters for driver's convenience to get rid of garbage. I would love to see more places that were this accommodating to professional drivers. Great job Family Dollar DC!!!

Decent place to work, it's hard work and long hours but the pay is getting competitive with other area businesses and the benefits are good. You won't have a more secure job as long as you show up like you should and get the job done.

My expectations always not too high when going to deliver distributions, this one was super.My Appointment was 09:00 amChecked in 08:30 amChecked out 11:30 am~ the security guard was friendly and helpful.~ Overnight parking available on the street.~ restrooms available at the receiving.~ receiving is between door# 82 & 83~ Capstone is there collecting lumber feesFor deliveries they will ask you confirmation#And it’s Six digit numbers starting 59

Parking on street, have signs warning privilege could be lost if, paper or trash isnt thrown in Large dumpsters providedMust slide Tandems at gate, check in at guard shack take about 10-20mins on average, lumper is required, unload truck very fast then wait on paperwork, usually 1-2 1/2 hours has been my experience. Was told. Can call to check if they can get you in earlier then 1hr before typically 6:30-7pm on second shift, had 9pm arrived 8:30am out by 10:30pm but must call to check if theyre not busy.
