I recently had to go to Norby's in Manchester and I was greeted very warmly and welcoming by the staff .. I was a bit frustrated looking for some products .... after what seemed like 30 minutes i decided to leave...crying... and immediately Nancy and Brianna appeared with hugs and the stuff I was looking for. .. I love them so much and it made my whole day thatmase my whole day... they helped me within seconds ... I love them for their kindness and concerns.

Nice building, don't get much cell reception in there though. But very poor customer service up front, especially when you bring your kids. They act like your kids are walking germs or somthing. I probably won't return any time soon. Unless I really have too.

Very friendly staff and nice, clean, bright, new facilities. They were having free sandwiches when we were there this weekend. And u can always grab a bag of popcorn while u shop. Great store in a great small town!

My husband came in to turn in a propane tank and the older cashier came at him and was very aggressive and pointing at him several times saying we can't bring it in and to take it outside there is no sign outside to indicate this is your policy i fell she should have been alittle more understanding we stood outside afterwards for a good2 minutes already upset so we left i heard the the other employees make a comment onher approach to my husband as well i think if this is your policy you need to advertise it alittle better it made me and my husband very embarssed

I have never been treated so rudely by an employee at a store before, the male employee made my 6 year old cry. Needless to stay I would shop online or drive to Cedar Rapids before ever stepping foot in this store again.

Ive gone here to get whatever i need for pluming equipment or for building a new or redoing a room. Norbys is good for a quick trip to get a pvc splicer to fix your clogged up sink. All in all. If you need anything from that department, go to Norbys...most of the time. They also sell Under Armour and other name brands.

Norbys is an at home enviroment with VERY friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable indviduals.They helped conduct and investigation on the person who was writing bad checks in my name and help apprehend that suspected individual. The manager was helpful and courteous and made me feel like family.

I was go to buy a small lag screw and they want $7.90 for it. The last time I bought one it cost 90 cents. So did not buy one.
