Garmin gps is accurate. Coming south on Dakota Ave (also called Zelle and Oak...same street) I turned right on 2nd street, crossed Chestnut, and turned left on to Main Street. I parked in the street where the American flag is outside the office door. Checked in and they had me park across the street. Guy came out to my truck for door assignment. Nice people.

You might think that I’m going to give them no stars.And why you might ask?Well… I arrived here to get unloaded at midnight on the 29th but unfortunately I had one of these days where nothing was going right.I waited here because of some technical issues they had for over 20 hours to get to a unloading dock.I’m still waiting as I’m writing this review.But the good thing about this place it’s their people.Very rarely do I find people that are actually honest and apologetic because what is happening.Their supervisor was a kind and good man and if I would be this company I would encourage his attitude to be set out thru all it’s employeesTo my experience it is.Thank youI’m am actually in a door right now waiting to get unloaded.Yes you guess it I’m a truck driver

Arrived last night for 11am. Parked 🚛 on opposite side of street to sleep, not knowing they are 24/7. They advised to always check in 📝right away in case they can unload you sooner."Office" is down the side of the building next to street and around the corner. Flag 🇺🇲 is in front of office.Advised they lease the property on opposite side of street so you can use that to turn around. Dock door 8 is for unloading. Very easy 👌 pull in diagonal from the road & back straight up.... leave room for them to break seals and you to open doors. Dont need tandems back.There is a tiny Sinclair gas station near by...but no services close. Can stay overnight or nearest Truck stop 10-15 miles away.. in Rockwell/Sinclair. Looked real nice and had lots of truck parking.Very nice people. Had no issues.👋 Do not break your seal🔒...they will. Called at 6:30 AM to see what time they opened and was out by 734am.

Showed up w/o paperwork cause original driver didn't leave them with load. Email copies, they printed them out. Put me in the before scheduled app at 9 am. Friendly staff!!! Quick unload and got rolling quick. Definitely would come back. Keep up the great work.

My appt was at 11:30 got here at 12:30 took me right away and I was done 45 minutes later. Parked right across the street over nite.The office is literally in the middle of Main Street just park your truck turn on your signal when you go in if no one is there pick up the radio and ask for a supervisor.

Polite check in so one star.Very slow, they are very sneaky, they only use one door unload it. process the meat from that truck FIRST. THEN AND ONLY THEN take the next truck effectively using the truck driver as a rolling fridge . That's top level scum A++.

Longest wait I ever to get unloaded, it’s been 62 hours even though I had come here on a Sunday morning for a Tuesday 1pm appointment. These guys can really be brutal, this place gives me the chills to imagine I would ever come back here.

Quick unload. Arrived approx 2am and checked in. Parked across the street and got a 5hr rest in before being put in the door.

This place is ridiculous.. I was here early for my appointment at 8 AM and I'm still waiting to get a door.. They are unloading trucks that are late while I sit and I was early. It is this way every time I have to come here. Being a company driver I have no option but to come back, but if it was up to me I would never come to this company again. Theyhave absolutely no restrooms you can use not even a portapot you're out in the middle of nowhere with no way to get food or any services at all

If I could give this place a negative 5 star rating, I would!Arrived at 2 PM for a 4 PM delivery, got to the docks at 5:45 PM, didn't get unloaded until 6:30 PM!People seem nice but they're stuck in reverse!They don't get in a hurry here so don't have anything planned after your delivery because this place will make sure you're late for it!Very disorganized, not a very clean place (at least on the outside) and they're so slow, they'll make a turtle seem like a high performance race car!I'll never bring another load to this place!!!

This place is horrible. Do not bring loads here. I arrived at 10pm for 10am appointment and got unloaded next day at 6am. Every truck they unloaded took 8 to 10 hrs. No restroom, no nearby food. I disconnected and drove 6 miles to next town for lunch and after I returned they told my they won't unload me because of unauthorized drop.....what a joke. I'm never coming back to Lytton IA.

Easy to get to. Was scheduled to be here at 7am 1/17/23 . Arrived 1/16/23 had me back into dock immediately and unloaded me early.

not bad friendly people here check in at 7:25am out 8:30am if you behave well wherever you go you will do well in everything... that means don't be angry don't insult anyone.

Got my load there a few minutes before my appointment! The guys from the plant unloaded me fast, I was done about the time of my 1800 appointment! Love it when loaders get the job done fast! I would deliver again to this business because of their people! It's nice that there is some overnight parking right across the street! For truck route, you can use Zeller/Dakota Ave from US-20.Nice people. I got unloaded under 2 hrs from my appointment time.

Driver broke the seal at the receiving site and parking on assigned door. The receiving attendant didn’t warn him of not breaking the seal but they did gave him a dock door and to open the doorsAfterwards they rejected the load due to fact their agent wasn’t present during the process of breaking the door seal of trailer.We suffered 2 days to dump this whole truckload of chicken in a landfill by brokers order, and of course broker threatened us with a claim and nonpayment for freight haul.What a waste of product... but at least God exists and sees what’s going on and of course one will be punished for this by God !!!

The worth company have ever been for unloading! Office men not nice at all. No more business with them. Be careful with them. Office men looks angry and unfriendly. If you want to make business in future, need to change stuff in company, and starting work with people, not against them!

Worst got here 2 hours before appointment managed to take 6 hours after appointment to unload no care for a drivers schedule one dock to unload.... they seem friendly but in a profession where time is more important then friendliness will not recommend definitely not coming back

Very slow, unless you have plenty of spare time and dont need to make money bringing a load to this place is perfect for you, but if your like me and like to make money this place aint for you. Pack breakfast lunch and dinner
