I found a sweatshirt I wanted but they didn't have the color I wanted in my size. So they special ordered it for me and shipped it to me!!! They could have just said we are sorry and left it at that, but they didn't. I am so excited to be able to wear it this fall and winter. Thank you so much for AWESOME customer service. KC
