We purchased a puppy from Shih tzu Collection this summer and after having him for several months now. He has been the best fur baby ever! His temperament is perfect...calm,gentle, and so caring. He is perfect with his potty training and never barks. This breeder is responsive when I have questions and loves pictures of our fur baby! I highly recommend this breeder as we have had an exceptional experience.

I lost my Shih Tzu "Charlie" on Monday after 15 years. I was really having a hard time. My husband said we need to get another one. I started looking and found Toy Boy on The Shih Tzu Collection. They worked with us to get him. It was a 5 and 1/2 hour drive. Libby helped us find a great hotel and everything. What great people. We are in love with our new puppy. He is so smart, playful and just loves to be cuddled. He has not made one mess in my house yet. Slept really great last night. I highly recommend if you are looking, give them a call!

We have purchased two Shih Tzus from The Shih Tzu Collection 2 years apart. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Our little girls have fulfilled our lives with so much happiness. I cannot imagine not having these beautiful puppies - they will always be puppies to us. We will be lifelong customers and extremely grateful for everything that Ginny and Libby have afforded us. I cannot express enough what an enormous and amazing experience this has been. An extra bonus is that the puppies are litter boxed trained.

We had a great experience getting our new puppy, Winston. My last Shih Tzu had recently passed and we miss him terribly, we had been consumed with grief. So my oldest son contacted The Shih Tzu Collection on a Saturday afternoon, hoping to get me another buddy. The Shih Tzu Collection was absolutely fantastic about the whole situation and was able to get a puppy ready for my son to pick up within hours. Our new puppy Winston has been such a joy to our family! The potty training system works great, no worries at night time or when we're away from home. Winston is a healthy, happy puppy and I absolutely recommend The Shih Tzu Collection for your next puppy!

Peanut (fka Fuzzy) came into our lives ten days ago. It has been such a fun ten days, watching her personality blossom ❤️. Libby was wonderful to work with! She was very helpful from our first contact to our “adoption” day. She spent time with us thoroughly going over everything we needed to know and then some. We purchased our pup on Sept. 3rd, 2023. I did not want to give a review the same day I picked up the pup or within the same week or month. I did not want to give a cuteness review folks, this is a thorough 7 month observation that is meant to help you with your decision when purchasing from this breeder.On the 3rd we drove up to meet our new fur baby and take her home. The seller was really nice and informative. She went over shot records and her diet. The seller had her in her fifth wheel and we got to observe our new furbaby running around while we went over the paperwork and shared smalltalk.We discussed her litter training program and opted to purchase her litter kit that consisted of a bag of pine mulch, a tray to put it in and a mesh screen to sandwich the mulch in place. (This was an extra fee on top of the cost of the dog). We did not use the kit. Putter watched our other two girls and potty training was a breeze.Next...we followed the seller to a house next door that had a shipping container filled with pine mulch. There was a metal barn across the way that erupted with sounds from barking dogs...like lots of dogs!!!I asked to see her facilty (as everyone should do before purchasing a pup). She declined. I would have been happy with a FaceTime video but that was not offered. We did not get to see any of the other dogs she had up for sale at that time either, not even Putter's mother or father.Sadly, we left wondering if we just purchased a puppy mill dog.The drive back to Oklahoma had many stops with runny stools. We wrote it off as stress.Glad that we called our vet the day before we picked her up to schedule a thorough check up with labs. Our appt. was on the 7th. We made sure she stayed hydrated and the lose stools continued. The vet did her checkup and we were very disappointed with the news.Putter was diagnosed with COCCIDIA and EAR MITES. We had to purchase meds for the gut for the coccidia and eardrops for the ear mites. After several weeks of medication, Putter was feeling so much better.I let the breeder know of Putter's issues via text. And the Breeder texted me back right away and asked me to call her. At the time I was so disappointed and upset with the diagnosis I chose not to call her back.Now that breeder was advised of the issues she has on hand, I hope she took corrective measures on her breakout of coccidia and earmites at her facility.Update...Putter is doing well. She was clear of Coccidia and Earmites after about 2-3 weeks of meds. She IS an amazing little girl. Smart, too smart! We are pleased to have her in our family regardless of the BIG BUMP we encountered during the first month of ownership.PLEASE HAVE YOUR NEW FURBABY EXAMINED BY A VET AS SOON AS YOU CAN.NO MATTER WHERE YOU GET YOUR FURBABY FROM. ALWAYS CHECK OUT THE FACILITY BEFORE YOU PAY ONE DIME FOR YOUR PET. DO NOT BASE YOUR PURCHASE ON CUTENESS ALONE.

We were blessed with a beautiful healthy puppy from The Shih Tzu Collection. We live in Texas therefore we took advantage of the option to have our Gracie board an airplane with Libby who delivered her to our home.Clearly this breeder’s process is spot on! Healthy Mama = healthy puppy. Our little one eats well, potty’s where she is suppose to and sleeps through the night. We have adopted their process and suggestions to make her transition seamless.Their website has a wealth of information from breeding through going home to their new family. I highly recommend if your seriously searching for a beautiful & healthy puppy you will find him/her here!

I’m so in love with Yoshi (formerly Dusty), and I could not be happier with my experience. He is so well behaved and integrated into our family with our other dog so quickly. My daughter has been begging for a dog.. I finally gave in and surprised her! It was a wine night- came across this website, fell in love with multiple puppies (so so hard to choose from), inquired immediately and I received a response the next day! I picked up Koko (formerly Zoey), a teacup shih tzu, Saturday afternoon and she is absolutely perfect! She has the cutest face, so sweet, playful, loves to snuggle and has such a fun personality! The pick up process was quick and easy. Libby and Ginny were very helpful with any questions I had. They also followed up with me to see how Koko was doing. Love how knowledgeable, easy and professional Libby and Ginny were! 10/10 Definitely recommend

We picked up our puppy a week ago and he is just perfect. We couldn't be happier with the litter pan training that they put each puppy through, it has made such a difference and a joy when bringing them home! Libbey was so wonderful in helping us through the process of purchasing our puppy. We plan on purchasing another puppy in the future from The Shihtzu Collection! We love our little Shih Tzu from Ladena (The Shih Tzu Collection). "Joy' is her name and she is a little over a year now and has been a wonderful addition to our family. She is black and white. She is Toy/teacup and still small as Ladena said she would be. Joy is so playful and was already POTTY Trained when she arrived, that was amazing to us. We couldn't ask for a better loving companion then Joy. She makes us laugh every day and of course we are spoiling her but she deserves it. We also have another small 5lb. Shih Tzu "Mia" and she is 8.5 year old from a retired breeder, She also loves Joy. If we get another Shihtzu it would be from The Shih Tzu Collection. Please be very well-informed in your selection to pay for and take a dog you are not educated about, as you cannot always expect that the sellers will be honest with you.My mom is disabled and has been for 21 years following a fracture to her vertebra. She had a Shih Tzu for 15 years as an emotional support service animal who only weighed about 7 lbs.; her dog passed last year, which was heartbreaking for her.She began looking for another service animal of the same size and breed and found this business online. She told the owners she needed a small Shih Tzu to weigh at most 10 lbs. full grown and feels she was misled because she was told at the time that she was receiving a dog that fit that criterion. The puppy she received was small when she received it, but she is now already 10 lbs. at just six months old.My mom contacted the business owners to discuss the situation and was told she had no options for compensation, even though she was misled regarding the dog she expected to get and the dog she received. The dog she has now is too large to transport anywhere without pain. Because she is bigger than expected, she also can't travel in a smaller carrier or go in small spaces, like my mom is accustomed to with her age and disability.While the dog is sweet, and she enjoys her, she doesn't meet the needs she expressed to the business owners when communicating about the type of dog she wanted and paid for. The veterinary office had also confirmed that this dog will likely double in weight from the weight she is at now, which means my mom may end up with a 20-lb dog when she anticipated a pet she could carry weighing 10 lbs. or less.

They are great!!! After wasting a day driving over 3 hours to see puppies at another breeder, we found that they were only 30 minutes away. We drove up and picked out a beautiful teacup Shihtzu.We were not prepared to bring home a puppy since we thought it would be a few weeks from the other breeder, but the girls made sure we had everything we needed and very helpful lessons in caring for a teacupBIG plus is she is already potty trained!We are very happy that we were lead to them! If you are looking for a quality breeder that truly cares about their puppies and breeding stock, this is the place to go. Over the years we have purchased Shih Tzu’s from other breeders, and Shih Tzu Collection is far and above the absolute best of any of them.We recently purchased our little Maizy from Ladena and Ginny, and we were so impressed with their facility. The puppies are well cared for and very loved, which is evident in their happy and playful dispositions, and the clean and well organized environment in which the puppies are kept. Our vet gave Maizy an extremely thorough exam shortly after we brought her home and told us it was evident she came from very good stock.We plan to add a playmate for Maizy, and the ONLY place we will go is Shih Tzu Collection.

Our teen daughters begged us for a dog . My husband and I finally caved! Man, we’re glad we did . I went online searching for a Breeder and came across a few scammers, which was disappointing. However, I didn’t give up and I finally found Shihtzu Collection. Libby is not only informative, she’s patient , professional , and very friendly. We are now a proud owner of a beautiful shih tzu that is 10 weeks old, that we named Max . He had his first Vet visit today. Max is healthy, his heart and lungs sound good and clear , and up to date on all his vaccinations. I’m so happy we found Shihtzu Collection. If we ever decided to give Max a little sister or brother we’re definitely calling Libby and her family. Thank you so much for all your help after we brought Max home . Still working on potty training but overall, he’s amazing and we love him unconditionally!

These are the most beautiful Shih Tzu's we have seen in our 40 years of owning them. The best customer service and the environment they are raised in is loving, nurturing, clean and spacious. If we were younger, we would bundle up a few and bring them home. They are happy little guys and gals.

We purchased our Shih Tzu from Ladenna. His health was fine ... only had ear mites that were easily treated. He just turned two a couple of weeks ago. Our experience was extremely positive. All of our questions were answered and Ladenna even helped us determine which puppy she thought would be the best fit for family. I’ve had many dogs over the years and Maverick is absolutely the sweetest, friendliest kind hearted dog I have ever had. He has friends everywhere he goes.
