I went to the Lisbon store to return an item. I had the receipt, the card used to pay for the item and the unopened box. They couldn’t get their scanner to read the receipt . The manager, refused to return my money even though everything needed was present. Was very rude and did nothing to try to fix the problem. Told me I needed to spend the amount that would’ve been returned to me in the store or keep the item. Rude and poor customer service! Will go to the Dollar Tree (when it opens) instead if I need something small from now on.

My experience in the store was just ok. Super cluttered and I couldn’t get what I needed because of boxes piled in front of everything. The manager was more concerned with getting to lunch instead of helping me and then was treating employees like she was superior. I took my business elsewhere . Wouldn’t recommend until there is new management.

Only good thing about this store is Cory she will go above and beyond to help you! The store is nasty and messy but that was due to the previous management! It is now under new management and she is working on hiring more employees and getting the store all cleaned and organized. DG Employee- Wyoming IA

Love the dollar store. They have everything you need. You will play slot less. Love there dollar cards. I love there cheap shoesthat last a lot longer than Walmart. I love mountain dew and they always have sales on pop.

I have never felt the need to leave a review before, but this store is awful. The cashiers are the slowest I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't come here again

They are racist and homophobic. The bathroom had boxes in front of it preventing a disabled person from entering. When the manager was informed she didn't care. The store is extremely messy, cluttered and disgustingly filthy in some areas.

A lot of inventory for a small town. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are decent. I've gotten a variety of items from toilet paper to mac and cheese.

Store manager is very rude. Lectured me on something that had nothing to do with her while I wasn’t even at her store, we were in a different place but she was wearing her store manager shirt. Won’t be going to this dollar general simply because of that experience. If that’s how she treats random people I can only imagine how she treats her staff.

Love having Dollar General in a small town so I dont have to make a special trip to the larger cities for household and personal needs! Most staff are extremely helpful!

Even the official website says they open at 8 on Saturday but sign on the door says 10. Wasted trip😢

The only problem with this store is they block the isles with boxed inventory too much. They should have a night crew to put it up instead of making the already busy cashier's do it during the day.

The store is just a regular DG nothing special and the service is just a person behind the counter. I only stop here when I have to due to the lack of customer service.
