Got my copper fittings no problem all sizes & types i need were available. The kids running the store didnt know much but is expected at their age(wheres the experienced help?) . The cinnamon roll i got was old & in my opinion inedible(threw it away).

Called ahead to confirm they had an item. Employee said they had it in stock. Show up within an hr and they said they don't have it. Wasted hour drive.

Worst customer service ever!! Walked in and asked where something was, chic around the counter told me. When she came back to check if I found it okay, I told her, "No" she then processed to get on her phone and walk away. I understand Leon is a very small town and not everyone likes each other, but that's no way to treat a pay customer. My family and I won't be back.

The three kids working today had absolutely no clue what they were doing and had zero knowledge of their inventory best way to lose customers is to have employees that don't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground I'll keep my business at Hank's
