I’ve been with LeMars vet clinic since 2016 met all the vets there they are all nice and knowledgeable in their areas! Megan Schroeder joined their team for horse care and she has always went above and beyond with her service and knowledge! She does do small animals as well and I was not worried one bit when she did my dogs spay she provided great support and service and has always answered all my questions! I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else!

DR Megan takes amazing care of our horses- today she was able to take care of my very precious Dobie Maze. Very personal staff, Maze loves to give hugs, they welcomed all of it and rewarded him with treats. THE BEST experience. DR Megan is by far the best. Gives you options in treatments and talks to you as an animal lover, in terms that you understand!

I called because I rescued two kittens, and they have sinus issues. They're about 8 weeks old which I know is common in kittens. I called to set an appointment and they said that I had to pay a $60 deposit per cat which would make it $120 before I even was seen. They said it's due to people not showing up. Now being in tune with that's my whole life being from the state of Texas and moving around farming communities. That is the first time I've ever heard of somebody having to put a deposit down on making an appointment. Either care about the animals or don't!!!!! On not only will I never return I will also not be informing others to go there as well. I rate my experience with this place a 2.

Extremely grateful for this team of veterinarians!I have been taking my pup to Le Mars Vet Clinic for two years and I could not be more pleased with their level of care and compassion for the animals. I would highly recommend this organization for anyone in need of professional pet care!

Fantastic clinic, have gone there for years. Very sad, very unfortunate circumstances arose with our dog, and they managed to get her in the next day to be looked over. Based on the blood draw and ultrasound, it wasn't great news, and they were gentle but direct about our options. I very much appreciate that, and not leading on with false hope or maybes. Unfortunately she was put down the next day due to her sharp decline in health, and even then they were very helpful, understanding, and willing to work with us. I very much recommend.

Did a very good job with puppy Bryce. Sent my 8 month old to get neutered, chipped, and a wiggle baby tooth out. Set up for flee and tic, and heart worm medications. Walked out with some pain medication for him for a few days and explained the medication and how and when he should take it plus side affects on when to stop giving them, if the need should arise. They are still communicating with each other and didn't mind that I called to check up on Bryce.

I wish I could leave ZERO STARS. These people carelessly brushed off iris melanoma in my 3 year old cat. I took him in with concerns of a darkened eye . They didn’t even take more than 2 seconds to look and tell me it was nothing to worry about when in fact it was feline iris melanoma. It probably has spread to other areas. Le mars vet clinic- next time someone brings their cat or dog in with a darkened eye- admit you don’t know what it is and send them to specialist. How careless can you be……these people have killed many pets due to carelessness and should be out of business.

PET OWNERS BEWARE!! My parents took their cat in for an exam and dewormer. Vet gave their cat the dewormer and sent it home saying she was healthy. 2 days later their cat was dead. When confronted they were insensitive, we wanted explanation and or a little bit of sympathy but all they could say is they could cremate. These ppl are money hungry and don't care about you or your pets.

This team is a team you need for your pets. I couldn't have thanked this team enough for all they've done for my animals through the years. If you're looking for a vet this is it. Would travel no matter how far for my animals to see them. Highly recommend.

My cat sustained an injury while in their care. The office person said he was ok. He got worse, the office person decided it could wait.Brokenhearted that my cat died due to their mistake and they were just too busy to help. Truly ashamed that I trusted them.

Extremely kind and considerate when we decided to put our elderly dog down. Gave us all the time we needed and offered a few different ways to remember him by(clay paw print or ink print). Offered to let us pay at a later date because I was still emotionally distraught. Cannot recommend them enough!

We originally went here to lay our dog to rest. The appointment went exactly as they explained it to us and the staff made it as easy as possible considering our emotional state of saying goodbye to our beloved Roxi. We then decided they would be our vet for future dogs with how respectful, honest, and caring they were. We got our new pup unexpectedly and the same day we had an appointment to make sure he was in good shape and all that good stuff. The staff were just as caring and kind as they were when we were in for Roxi. Dr. Patrick Simonsen was our vet for both appointments and he was superb with explaining everything and was very down to earth. I'll drive the hour round trip just to use them as our vet and recommend them without a doubt.

Can’t say enough good things about this clinic and their staff.Zach has always been extremely reliable and does a great job with our cattle.We recently had to put down our 13 year old pup and Pat was extremely informative throughout the entire process. He and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make it as easy on us as possible. The following week we received a sympathy card from the clinic with hand written notes from the entire staff.Great people and a great clinic!

I tried for the 1st time since closer to my house. The doctor MAY BE good but the grooming service is bad. My two dogs have wounds and the hairs were not cut properly with uneven areas. I am still treating the wounds of my 2 dogs. I called to complain and I will not come back to this clinic again!

I have never been more happy with my vets than I am now. Both Pat and Amanda have always been very honest and forth coming with me. Recently we had to put one of our dogs down due to age and uncontrollable pain. They have her a shot while she was in my arms and my husband and I were allowed to stay with her for as long as we wanted. We were there probably 30 minutes or so saying our final goodbyes. Amanda came in and asked if we were ready to give the final shot. She never hurried or rushed us. We could have more time if we wanted but we were ready. She administered the shot and Allie Mae's heart quit beating. We could stay with her if we wanted but we needed in our hearts to go. She was cremated and ashes were able to be picked up the next day. Two days later all of the staff had signed a card and sent it out. It meant so much to me. Now if that's not top notch care what is. The staff is the best as well. Always ready to help. I would rate this facility a 10 but the highest is 5 stars. By the way they still care for my 3 cats and my last dog. I love them and would trust them forever

They're always so helpful! We have them do a lot of our dogs from our rescue. They did our two Coroso and they healed up beautifully! The vet explains everything an makes sure they are comfortable!

The veterinarians and staff here are amazing. I have called needing an appointment as soon as possible for my nosey, curious, ornery English Bull Terrier & they were awesome about getting us in within a few hours. Everyone is super friendly and awesome with my dogs.

Tried it twice now today I called someone answered said hold please and all I hear is a beeping for 5 minutes until I hung up. Figured I'd call back later. 15 minutes later the exact same thing all I wanted was to set up a appointment. Anyone know a good vet clinic around lemars?
