Went to go mail a FedEx box, did not have tape and was very rudely told we do not get packages ready. In addition she later asked for my phone number to help track the package and then rudely told me to stop, I am going faster than the system. I was going to look around the store but after being treated like a second class citizen with no respect I have decided to bring my business elsewhere - maybe where you're business is appreciated.

Hardly ever convenienty open. Closed often due to no A/C even on cloudy days. Makes you wonder what's safe to eat there. No where else in my immediate area to purchase diapers so highly depend on DG to get their system sorted out.

The register had no employee at it so while waiting my wife opened her bag of chips and I opened my water. Still no employee showed till I went looking for one, when she came to the register, very rudely, she said “next time pay then open”. First off there will not be a next time, second it’s fine if policy but just don’t need to be rude about it!

Just got discharged from hospital in Sioux falls i was taken by ambulance 3 days ago and had emergency surgery on my abdomin and it was obvious i was in alot if pain and have 2 drain hoses coming out of my stomach that you can see hanging down. stopped by dollar general in outside of larchwood/ Granite Falls and they have signs on their bathroom door saying no public restrooms until cleaned I'm in so much pain just walking into the store and now I have to wait until we get to the next town to use a restroom and the manager on duty was really rude and snotty and said no there is no public restroom

Very unimpressed with my experience in this store. I stopped by on my way home to use the restroom and pick up a few items. I was able to find what I needed and the store did appear to be in order. However, the store has two restroom both marked with signs that they are not available to the public. In addition, there was an employee that seemed to be actively guarding the restrooms and rather rudely told me they were unavailable as if I could not read the signs. It baffles me that a chain store can be so inconsistent with hours and policies, several stores in Sioux Falls allow public access to their restrooms. Also, a more polite and professional policy would be to put an "employee only" sign on the door rather than identify that they are restrooms.

It's like playing Russian Roulette wondering if this store is going to be open or not when you get there. Suggestion, update your Google business hours. Many people go here to find a store's hours.

I bought some items on sale. Even though the register rang up the sale price, my receipt shows that the prices were either full price or much higher than the register said. Employee over rode the sale prices. Pay attention at the register and know Dollar General policy. I follow the policy rules...the employees should to. I will not be back in Larchwood...can't trust that store

Was stopping to get cold drinks for 5, on our way home going through Larchwood ... chose 1 case of warm water and 5 Gatorade Speciality drinks because the sign directly below where they were placed said Clearance .80 cents. I get home and I looked at my receipt it said $1.50 x 5. So I called to let them know I was over charged. She told me they were not on clearance or on sale. And that they got stocked in the wrong place. This is N0T the first, second, third or even 10th time . I can't even count. This is between Larchwoid, Rock Valley and Rock Rapids Dollar Generals. I'm starting to wonder if this is happening on purpose or if the help is just not doing thier job correctly. BUYER BEWARE. CHECK THE PRICES AS THEY ARE RUNG UP.
