If you are ever in the Lancing area you have to stop in to these 2 stores. They are crammed with miscellaneous items. They are on the same street 1 block apart. Whether you are looking for a souvenir or a pair of socks, they just may have what you need or didnt know you needed. Old school set up and the employees are very nice and helpful. The beautiful Mt. Hosmer look out of the Mississippi river is very close by and is a must see while you are there!!!

So much cool stuff! Looks somewhat rough but it's well worth your time. You name it they've probably got it. The prices are insanely low. If you can imagine one random thing you think you need, they have it somewhere in this store and it's cheap.

I can honestly say I've never before been in a store like this in my life. What a diverse, eclectic, and oddly useful collection of stuff! Sports paraphernalia, kitchen tools, clothing, garden decor, craft supplies, candy, seasonal knick knacks, office supplies... a little bit of everything you can think of!Info to note: free street parking, narrow aisles, cash or check only, very helpful employees

This place is wall to ceiling everything. Reminds me of the old five and dimes but stocked much higher. If you are looking for something and can't find it, just ask. Amazingly enough, they know if they have it and where it is located. You have to experience this store at least once. It is indescribable. Love to go here.

Always love shopping here, you never know what you're going to findIt is not for the faint of heart, there is loads and loads of product at this store for cheap! From scrapbooking, cooking/baking to dishes, cleaning, coloring books, toys, coin collection books. You'd be surprised what you can find!

The most unique large store with literally everything you could search for. There's another store a block away. If you can't find it he will probably have it the next shipment. We're definitely going back. The prices are amazing! Only take cash or check. I wouldn't recommend anyone in a wheelchair. Aisles are small in the 1st store. Great place and Hospitality to boot!

Great variety store with a lot of stuff. It’s very tight in the aisle. If you’re looking for team items or some sort of nick Mac this is the place to go. They have a second store down the street which is even more full of stuff.

Horsfall's looks nothing like these photos. It's mostly piles of Chinese junk stacked up in brown corrugated boxes, floor to ceiling. Any minute spent in it is a minute you'll never get back.

A dirty, cluttered and chaotic store, that is truly an eyesore on what is otherwise a very charming main street in Lansing. I would not be surprised to see the place eventually condemned. Avoid like the plague.

OK, OK, so this place is not for everybody... but it's cool and it's one of a kind. Difficult to move through the store because it's so packed full of stuff. Not exactly well organized. Good prices and you never know what you will find.

You really have to experience Horsfall for one's self. Its incredible the amount of stuff, things even unique things they have. Anything from plastic bowls sets to toys, to spices to mugs, crayons, car cleaner, dishes, mugs, sweatshirts absolutely anything and everything. It's fun, and they also have a little bit more upscale store up the road. Check out both but make a day of lansings. Cute stories and great places to eat.

This place is really neat. The hours you could spend looking at all of the trinckets and whatnot is a lot of fun. Somewhat claustrophobic, but that is part of the charm. The staff is friendly and helpful. The really do have 1000000 you don't need and the one you do.

Fantastic place to find just about anything you need for your home. Gadgets and utensils, bird feeders, humming bird feeders, paper, batteries and so much more. Not possible to list. Very friendly staff and helpful as well. Two separate stores a couple of buildings and so much variety. Will be back. Can lose myself for an hour or so easily.

Literally something here for everyone and stock is always changing constantly. Biggest selection of embroidery goods you will find in northeast Iowa. You'll always hear customers commenting about how shocked they are at how many items are tucked away in each store. Been going here once or twice a year for at least 15 years.

Wife loves to go here to look for scrapbooking supplies. It's usually the same stuff, with some new items added every once in awhile. The Owner always says Hi and offers a carrying basket. Be sure to visit BOTH stores!

I live in Wisconsin but go here at least 4 times a year. My husband is in a wheelchair and can't go, but loves to see the treasures I find. Its a historic building. I took my mother-in-law from Arizona in June. She had only credit cards on her and had found many things she wanted. The owner told her to send a check when she returned home. Hows that for customer service and kindness!
