Friendly helpful staff. Will run back and get an item if you forgot something. Always offer carrie out even if you only have a çouple of items. And an extra bonus if you have your dog with you they will bring them out a treat and give them a moment of kindness.

Lake City Food Center is a great local grocery store. The husband/wife team who run and manage the store work tirelessly to provide quality products and customer service. While their selection is (understandably) smaller than that of a national chain, Eric and Suzie will always order a special item upon request.

Thank goodness for small town grocery stores. Without LCFC, we’d most certainly be a food desert. That said, the store has always been clean, and staff has always been friendly. Business hours are very generous for this small community.

They are very nice and they greet everyone. When you get out of your vehicle and start walking in you don't think oh man I have to go in here. You say yes I'm going in here because the people in the store care about the customers, they are super stars and they shine bright, they are local in town where if the weather is bad you don't have to go to far just in town, we put smiles on faces and ask if you found everything ok, and they ask about your day, and how you are doing. They will go out of the way to get you what you want if they are busy they stop what they are doing and go see if they have what you asked for. We just have fun laughing and getting to know each other, as we grow we make new friends..

First off, this grocery store is very clean, the food variety is enormous for a small town grocery, and it is pleasant to shop there. The prices are kinda high but I do feel that the quality is a lot better than most. You can also get great deals on their large meat selections !

They have Canyon Bakehouse GLUTEN FREE bread (it tastes like REAL bread not cardboard), gluten-free mushroom & meat spaghetti sauce, gluten-free spaghetti noodles, Friendly and helpful store!!

Guess what happens when you are the only grocery store on town? Yep mediocre quality, mediocre selection and high prices. It will be interesting to see the affect of a recently opened Dollar General in the community.
