Very friendly employees and if you need help on what you're looking for, always there to help and know what they have and what they dont have. Also, the meat variety is always a joy to see what is out and what's available or something new that hasn't been posted or just seeing the product. I try to shop locally and for the past few times for what I'm craving or something quick, Thriftway has provided me what I want💯

Above-average small town grocery. They keep a much larger inventory of different items than I have seen in many small markets. The service always seem to be above par here with the staff willing to walk you to wherever the item is you are trying to find and always seem to have a smile on their face. This is one small town grocery that I hope survives Walmart.Update - they just opened their deli. Good sized deli. Had the 16 piece broasted chicken. Yep good stuff!Have now also tried the BLT subs and the Tenderloin and waffle fries. 3 for 3, all excellent, yep!Update got the Supreme specialty pizza tonight. Was wondering about the price for a 12" pizza. Shouldn't have, smaller size than I'm used to,but thicker and heavier. More cheese and meat than the local competition. Pretty sure the pizza was heavier overall. Tasted great.

I walk into the store and I am overwhelmed by an odor. It is making my eyes water and nose is running away from me lol. It seriously smells like a dead animal. It never smells clean n fresh. Maybe they need a good floor cleaning with bleach. Sorry but I will never go back.

I haven't been in since the new owners took over, and while most of the store seems about the same I had NO IDEA about the addition of the specialty Indian items!! So many things I had on my grocery list that a place like Hy-Vee doesn't carry. I just spent a solid 45 minutes looking in awe at all the new choices. I have some new recipes to learn! Very excited for this new addition to Thriftway!!

What surprised me was the variety of Indian grocery items at this small town store. I love lentils and found them less expensive here than most supermarkets. Very friendly staff!

Owners are doing an amazing job with the store and workers are super friendly. Got a good variety of products and produce for a small town grocery store and pricing isn’t bad either!
