they load without having an idea about weight distribution and weight on axels; as a result, everything was loaded forward and I got overweight on the drive axel; it’s good that the scales are a few miles away, it showed overweight, I returned back to facility; I requested to reload! we opened the trailer doors - the cargo has moved off the pallet; the owner yells at me because I'm a bad driver 🤦‍♂️ scales just 3 miles away!!! the picture of freight clearly shows that the cargo is not attached (secured) to the pallets, just only wrapped around, of course it flew off the pallets! They did not want to reload until the broker intervened! Facility is under of complete unsanitary conditions, dusty, dirty, millions of flies! I don't recommend leaving the windows or the truck open.
