Amber did a great job with my golden retriever. He came out looking, smelling, and feeling better than when he arrived. She did a great job trimming his hair, and the shop was in immaculate condition when I was there. Very nice, and I will be back!

Don’t get your dog groomed here. Took my dog here when I couldn’t get into my normal groomer. It normally takes 40 minutes, and my dog was in Smoosh for 2+ hours and came out looking awful. Thank goodness my normal groomer found time to squeeze her in to fix her because this doesn’t even look like my dog.

We love Smoosh. I have nothing negative to say about this little bakery/ spa. However we know one cannot please everyone all of the time. My Scooter ( Yorkie) has three negative things 1) he cannot go everytime he wants to. 2) when he does get to drop in he cannot stay as long as he wants ( like forever) and 3) because we do not own a semi he cannot leave with one of everything in the store. Other than these “ minor” issues when we do visit he leaves a happy man with a bag full of treasures. He is already anticipating the ordering of his Christmas box this year. Knoxville is blessed to have this small business

This place has great treats and toys for dogs. You can find just about anything you need for your dog.

This store is the perfect example of why you should shop local small business instead of big, national chain stores. You won't get this kind of customer service from Walmart. I had a problem and they went out of their way to help me. I was so impressed with their service and their products. They only sell top qualify dog treats and bakery items. I will definitely be a returning customer.

An amazing shop with unique treats and toys sure to please any pampered pet! The owner was so friendly and personally took time to describe many of the products and their benefits. She helped me find the perfect puzzle toy for my picky dog. I can't wait to go back! Smoosh is a true gem only a short drive from the city!
