We were nervous leaving our dogs for the first time but it ended up being the best decision possible. They got excellent attention and exercise and were so calm when I picked them up. Now we will happily take our dogs here any time we go on a trip knowing everyone is having a good time.

Picked my boy up after a 5-day stay. Happy and healthy pup. Would happily use again. Thanks for providing great care to Percy!Bonus, he came home hoarse from all the excited barking. I don't mind having a quiet pup for a few days ;)

Our dog always loves going to play with her friends. Pet Haven has nice sized indoor kennels with direct access to the outdoors. They also have a very large fenced in area for the dogs to run.

This was my 1st time taking my fur baby in. She got a de-shed bath, nails and some fur trim. They were great with her! Well definitely be going back in a few months and suggesting then to anyone who is looking!!!

Great drop off boarding experience. We did the by appt drop off, they were right on time as scheduled and ready to take in our dogs for a five night stay. Owners/staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, The grooming room has cages with all the Dogs in the same room! Not in a closet like the other groomer!Best place in Knoxville too take your pet for grooming

Did a awesome job on Teddy first time , went back a second time they absolutely butchered him . Had several cuts on him and could easily tell he was treated roughly. Will never go back .

I took my little girl in the air that's my dog sassy and she came back looking like a little movie star she had an ice bath a flea treatment and her nails clipped and she like the people at pet Haven I will definitely take her back
