This is the worst vet around. We only go there if it’s absolutely necessary. We had a pretty sick cat recently and they had an appt available sooner than our preferred vet. Then they called me and asked if I wanted to come in an hour earlier. I said that was fine, but we live 30 minutes away so I’d be a couple minutes late. I kid you not, we were there for 2 hours! I don’t even understand why a vet appt should ever take that long. We got prescribed a med that they didn’t even have and I had to pick up from Hyvee over an hour away. Our cat is still sick a week later and our phone call has not been returned in 4 days. I spent so much money the last time I was there and they had the nerve to say “oh we’d like to see him again in 4 weeks.” YEAH RIGHT! Stand by your meds/treatments. What a terrible experience. Cat still sick and I’m out $200 and lots of time wasted at this vet. And our poor kitty :( they don’t even care about your pet.

My American bull dog has sensitive skin from allergies and inside of another vet telling me give them benadryl and it will change with the season Abby L. Smith finally gave my dog medicine for it!

I was extremely pleased! Kitty got in for his visit very quickly and was well cared for. The staff is efficient and friendly and the cost was very fair. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely go back -Thank you. :)

I recently had to pay my 16 year old dog to rest. They were more than nice and understanding, they were amazing. I picked up her ashes today and was handed a beautiful carved wooden box and a plaster of her paw prints, neither of which I expected. This is a loving caring vet who goes above beyond for the furry members of your family.

The entire staff were so professional, kind, thorough and completely animal and people friendly. I had a terrible experience at another vet in Belle Plaine. It was so traumatic for my dog as well as for myself.I was desperate for medical care on the Friday before the 4th of July holiday. Not only did I receive excellent care but they went above and beyond with follow up instructions, calls and empathy for my situation. As long as my dog lives I shall never go to another vet. Thank you to the entire staff!

I was in the area for a wedding and had my little dog with me. He needed a veterinarian and my friends here in Dysart called the clinic to make a last minute appointment on a Sunday and they got me in within an hour. He was seen by Abby who is only 2 weeks away from the due date to deliver her first baby. She was awesome, knew just what to do and got him what he needed so we could get on a plane and return to Alaska the next day. Thank you Keystone Vet Clinic, I am so grateful for your attention and care for my little fur baby companion.

They weren't very accommodating about getting flea meds. Most vets will work with online pet med services. They also wanted to muzzle my dog at next visit because he growled at them after getting vaccinations when I feel they roughly handled him because hes never growled at the vet office at our old vet.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. The vet tech took my puppy and when she came back with him he was being choked by his leash. She kept trying to tell me how to raise my dog. Do I appreciate tips, yes, criticism for something that he isn’t even doing wrong? Absolutely not. She grabbed him and pinned him to the ground and “assured me he wasn’t being hurt”. Not the first time she’s done this. Will never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS.

The staff was not friendly 😒. Rushed me while I was smelling their pet candles and reading about the acupuncture treatment that they offer. Way overcharged!! Basically $140 to have 2 small bunnies get their nails trimmed and a belly rub. When advised to determine a diagnosis for one, I was told they don't do blood work there, yet their website, information says they do. The veterinarian made me feel stupid and like she didn't care at all about what I said and showed her.

Weren't time to get shots and nails trimmed . The vets were nice but when thewent to bring her separate from us to do nails the leash was tightly around her collar that she threw up her food. We are looking for another vet. During the time we time we have been there we have seen 3 vets in one place and not much business. I only give them a 2 .

They are very good with my cats, but, I just took one in for an emergency she was having and I got charged for 2 exams when they did nothing extra and left a couple things out?? They also don't allow payments, everything has to be up front. Because of this, I could not get blood work done for my 6 month old kitten who is very sick. I did not have an extra $100 to spare on top of the $80 I had to pay for the exams and antibiotic they gave her. They are a nice place to go but they really need to offer payment plans for the people who can't afford to drop that much money at one time unexpectedly.

The employee was not very nice to my dog taking him in and out. We saved our dog from an abusive home. He is very nervous and she yelled at him to learn so manners. Have a heart when handling pets. The vets are great and Allie is great also

Very fast and professional service. I've taken my puppy to get her shots and recently to get fixed. They answered all questions and took great care of her. They even gave me a follow up call to see how she was doing after her surgery. Thank you ladies!

My dogs leg got ran over. They fixed it completely. Its been two year and he has no limp or anything. Price is a little high, but if we went anywhere else they'd either amputate or put him down, but not them.
