Clean, decent sized dollar store with a moderate amount of options for snacks and basic necessities. Employees are friendly and helpful. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because one of their registers was malfunctioning so they had to redo my transaction. Great overall experience for a dollar store!

Very friendly staff, and very helpful. Always making people feel good about shopping there. It’s always a happy, and calm environment to be in. All the staff is working as hard as they can to make their customers happy, especially with the chaos going on, and in other times. Store manager is always there hand and foot trying to help you, even does the shopping himself for the elderly, along with the employees. I haven’t seen any other Dollar General store in Southeast Iowa do this for their customers. 5 stars!! Wish there were more! Awesome job Keosaqua!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I normally wouldn't say anything would just chalk it off as a bad day for the worker, but this was ridiculous. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes or so. I then found a worker & asked politely to be checked out. The lady yelled at a man named Doug who was sitting in what appeared to be some kind of office behind the counter. He yelled back some curse words & continued to eat out of whatever kind of snack food bag he was eating. I proceeded to stand there another 5 minutes thinking that maybe he would get up. He didn't. So, I left the things I had wanted to purchase on the counter & exited the store.

Great store, if you’re looking for cheap entertainment ,this place is for you! It is so full and messy in there -it is like one of the best obstacle courses you could ever hope to participate in(and it’s free!) with that being said they do have a great variety and will give you a chance to practice your parkour while shopping for your items, would shop there again😄

DG in Keosauqua.Iowa is a nice place to shop. It's clean and well kept you can get through the isle easily. The people are friendly & helpful.

I enjoy window shopping but whe i go to acctual store i tend to gwt mean mugged Buy employee I think I'm going to steal something just because the way I have tattoos and the way I look it makes me upset and I just want to look have stuff to see what I want to get my kids for their birthdays or holidays just because I'm a single father and unemployed I still like to be aware of what their in case I need 2

Lately some products arent stocked even if the truck has been in kind of like they arent getting items that are purchased frequently. When asked about it I was told they don't order it's done by corporate??

Asked a lady if they have HDMI cords and she didn’t take the time to look. She said no and then I went and looked and eventually found one. Nice store poor workers

Accusing me of steeling when I clearly paid for my stuff and the cashier shorted me money then she gave me back more than she should have and now it's my fault I'm sueing for harrassment and false information

While I absolutely do not like DG as a company, this store was well stacked and the employees were helpful. Very much appreciated the mask requirement.

Only giving this store a 3 rating cause of the current time to many hoarders with paper issues. An nothing in stock when I go their but that is also a issue with this virus.

Used to think this was a pretty good store now there's carts in the aisle you can't get to the stuff on the shelves was very disappointed

Why are these stores everywhere? Yeah they have mostly everything you need but bad quality and slightly discounted prices wont win everything. Every dollar general is a pass if there is ever another option.

Some of their ads are misleading, ie there are about a dozen different chips that say 2/$5, but you have to buy 2 of same one.
