Good place to shop if you don't need help from an associate. It's a bit cleaner than it normally is. If you need an associates help in a particular department, though, you are still out of luck because unlike the normally never being able to find anyone, you can find at least 3 at the very front self checkout area, one by the inside exit, and one by the cart area of the main exit! 🤔

Terrible customer service the managers are rude and the store manager seems to busy to care!!! There is always long lines and I refuse to use self checkout half the cashiers is extremely slow about scanning your items when checking out! When I walk into Quincy Walmart Every worker that passes me always seems very nice and will greet you as well as check you out in a timely manner. Keokuk store however they just walk passed you and just stare while passing you!! Two completely different vibes if I lived closer I'd shop at Quincy Walmart!!!!

This Walmart has got to be the least busy Walmart I've ever been in!! Its very very clean also......the staff are super friendly unlike some walmart's in central OKC I've been in!! Very family oriented I must say!! Very nice experience for being a Walmart Super center!! Will deff recommend to anyone!!

Update: 3/23/24 1:30p.m.Had a terrible customer service experience where a employee by the name of Ellen did not follow procedures and knew she did not by not stating her name and then had the nerve to pass the buck, she handed the phone to a Andrea who followed customer service policy which Ellen could have did example of (discrimination for the record.) when calling. Switching pharmacies once again because of employees who are complacent and just don't care. I addressed issue at time of. Ellen is well aware. She almost looked like she was crying like she was the 1. Discriminated against..... High manipulation (have had several documented issues while simply attempting to pick up meds at this particular location. 🚩🥤🍷Cry Wolf MuchUpdate: 01/20/24Last few visits to local grocery store has been good. Good customer service and products in stock that were looking for.Thank you! 👍🏽👌🏽🥤💯While Shopping at your store. You have a Caucasian guy who wears eye glasses who sometimes works in the frozen food section. I have had legal matter's with him previously at sites gas station in keokuk over 15 years ago as well. He pushed a cart infront of the frozen section door I was looking at. Causing a obstruction. Preventing the freezer door from being opened. (Retaliation years later unfortunately 👎🏼). Stay tuned for name. He knows who he is.

I went in on 02/26/2024 for a tire rotation and balance,we purchased the tire protection plan for the new tires we purchased there approximately 9 months ago, the crew was fast and work hard to provide us with a quality job. During the rotation the tech noticed that we had a screw in one of the tires and they notified me of this and fixed the issue, more than likely saving me from a flat tire at a future date, all this was done for no charge. These are hard workers and we appreciate their efforts.

Their self checkout is the worst. The aisle is so narrow with item within reach of the 2 year old I had with me. I could not watch her and checkout at the same time. She grabbed a bottle off the self and threw it on the floor. The woman standing there to make sure people don't shoplift did nothing to help me. The aisle for self checkout at Target is set up so that this does not happen.

Shannon and other cashiers should STOP TELLING CUSTOMERS for a 5 star rating. Its extremely uncomfortable. If the store was staffed appropriately, the ratings would go up by themselves. I heard Shannon TELL the person after me to give them 5 stars. Get a grip.

EXTREMELY HOSTILE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE the high school kids are very helpful. One showed me around the whole store, and then his manager came and yelled at him while she was standing around at the entrance doing nothing when I walked in another time, a lady named Jackie at the automotive section was being very rude and unkind to me when I was trying to ask simple questions about my car. Also, I was running late and I showed up 10 minutes before close to grab something to eat for me and my son I was then told to leave the store as I walked in the lady at the front said are closed when I said do you close at 11? she said yes and I said it’s 1050 she then told me to leave again.

Has a shelf full of the same product only thing on the shelf all marked the same, goes to ring it up and it’s double the price of the price tag! Told that we have to pay that much and not what it was marked on the shelf! Nothing is ever marked the right price or in the right spots! Let alone the employee came over talking to us rudely about it instead of like a decent human being!

I was not allowed to buy beer from here because my 19 yr didn't have her id she wasn't buying it I was buying it for myself after a long 12 hr shift being a single momma I should be able to go and get my groceries and if I want to take beer home and drink a few I should be able to My daughter just joined me because it better for two to go then one the way this world is. Because my daughter didn't have her id which she is 19 so what would have it mattered anyway she do drink nor smoke she is going to school to be a doctor. But they wouldn't even allow me with my groceries and my beer my purchase my I'd to be the beer because my daughter was with me so land of the free Walmart is out of my family we believe in freedom and peace not control and for the manager Sara 🙏

*Automotive department!!! One star because I can't give 0. Three and a half hours to change 1 tire. I got there at 703am. There were 2 people getting oil changes. An hour and 30 minutes for the 1st oil change to be done and 2 for the 2nd lady. Was in there at 4pm the day before, and they told me they couldn't take any more customers that day. Oh, and while they had my tire off, someone came in and dropped off a rim and left. They put that tire on before they were done with mine. I recommend driving to Burlington or Quincy it would've been faster to go there and back

horrible service done at store 1431 in keokuk iowa in the auto department. Claims is no help. They broke my cars wheel stud drove 800 mile on it. With my young child in the car. Brandi the manager is no help. It's been 2 weeks and nothing.

To many young ones work here that are careless and don't care rude an irritating employees standing talking about personal piercing on Google when supposed to be helping us at customer service my husband came to visit came home saying the employee was flirting with him twirling her hair in the aisle he said he will never come to this walmart again please get it together

My favorite grocery pickup near us. They are always on time, replacements are always high quality and they always pick the best produce. The employees that unload into your vehicle are always very happy and helpful!

Brandy would not sell me or my wife a shotgun. She "wasn't sure if it was for someone else". We didn't give her any indication it was. A husband and wife can't go hunting together?Never in my life, have I been treated with such disrespect as a human being. She was so judgemental, and so snotty, I am still in shock. She needs to keep her personal beliefs at home, and not bring them to the workplace. She continually look at me with disgust. If she doesn't want people buying guns, then she should work in another department.I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, along with a formal complaint with the store about her poor treatment to customers.

I recant my original opinion of this store it has done a complete turnaround employees are smiling it looks like again I don't know what happened but everything was clean people are being nice bathrooms were spotless smelled good.Now that's the Walmart I grew up with.Kudos to the team there.Keep up the good work.Kristy and Aubrey, model employees.This store is Soo much better now.

Every single time I have to shop there it's in the self checkout instead of waiting close to 30 minutes in one of the 2 open lanes with cashiers. Being in the self checkout is great because I get to avoid the cashier being self hating and spewing about how they don't pay them enough. Fun fact though in self checkout the one who hovers over you could possibly be on a register and doing the same job.

Traveled to Nauvoo, and Keokuk Walmart had my grocery order waiting and ready. Went inside to replace a few things I had rejected substitutions on, and ended up getting even more. (Definitely gas up in Keokuk before returning to Nauvoo too!)Good service at grocery pickup. Pleased with produce there, too.Fyi, no boy/young men white dress shirts available. Must be seasonal for holidays. (So...Don't forget yours!)

Several items that I wanted to purchase were mis marked on price. Some that were on sale from August of 2022 and the price was not corrected. This isn't the first time this has happened either. We informed them 3 months ago of some mis marked chainsaws and they are STILL mismarked today!

Always been a good shopping experience with a helpful staff. The manager needs to take a step back on prowling around for shop lifters though. Can be a bit uneasy being followed around sometimes.

Got no where. They don't answer the phone. Try to shop anywhere but there. Go to Hannibal if needed. Hannibal has cleaner store and more polite staff. Many checks with humans. Will not check my self out. Prices much cheaper at Hannibal. Quincy you need to get it together.
