Large grocery store with friendly staff. This place has a decent selection of specialty cheeses, and nice homemade dog treats at b the front for sale as well. Store was clean and there were plenty of employees around to ask for help.However this location does not have self checkout stations and didn’t have anyone working the express lane. Minor inconvenience having to wait for people with fifty+ items to checkout before you can buy your two items, but that’s nitpicking.

Update01/20/24Last few visits to local store has been good. Good customer service, issues handled in a timely manner, and found some friendly smiles in the aisles.Thank you! 👍🏽👌🏽🥤💯Your location has a employee who is always a helpful hand when can be. I experience a lot of discrimination at this particular location. She is wonderful though. Checking her name tag for specifics so your store can possibly have more helpful employees like her. The chicken and egg rolls were really good. The rice was good but had a weird grill burn smell and taste. I’d try it again because it may have been a bad batch. Overall, good customer service, atmosphere, and served on a plate with real silverware!

The Keokuk Hyvee catered our wedding and did our floral. They were absolutely fantastic to work with and reasonably priced! The charcuterie grazing table they made was beautiful and our florist Grace made absolutely stunning greenery arrangements, bouquets, etc. Thank you thank you to this incredible team! We love you guys.

Bagger tried to steal a pack of crab meat. He tried to hide it under an ad sheet. After everything was loaded in the cart, I moved the ad and picked up my crab and put it in the cart. If I hadn't been watching I wouldn't have even noticed until I got home.

Very clean and great variety. The salad bar was clean and fresh food. Lots of checkouts and once a few people got in line they called for more checkout help. Nice store.

Omg! Now I am so big on customer service and let me just say this place is top notch. So polite and friendly. They even comped my missing time order that was lot in the system. Thanks Hy-Vee you made my daughter's birthday party a blast

Biscuits and gravy with a side of scrambled eggs. Biscuits are good. The gravy tastes like a block of salt. The scrambled eggs are burned brown. Most Hy-Vee grills are good. This is the first one that I would definitely not recommend. The coffee is always good. I do apologize for not leaving a five star review at all of the other Hy-Vee grills that I have visited.

I love shopping at this Hy-Vee everyone here is always so friendly and helpful!! Lori is always there to lend a helping hand & on my most recent visit, Tanner was really helpful when I was getting everything loaded into my cart!!! Thank you so much to the team at this Hy-Vee🤩

Still a friendly smile in every eye! And their new candy section is phenomenal I dislike it but I love it, if you know what I mean. They have odd/weird candy you can't find any other place in town too! At decent prices as well.

We went to get some baking chocolate and I found this tea. Is I suffer from a degenerative neuromuscular disease I was excited to see a tea. called Smooth Move. I thought it would help with my muscle aches and pains and help me move better the holidays, only to find out threats for constipation. Hy-Vee gets two stars this Christmas season

Prices were high. Staff wasn't very friendly.eat selection was weak. Produce was the most expensive I have ever seen. One item was marked at a lower price and rang up more expensive, something I hate. I pointed it out to the cashier and she just looked blankly at me. I went ahead and just paid the dollar or two more, but I won't be shopping here again.

This review is for Hyvee's seasonal plant nursery -- they have a lovely selection of plants here. I found two very nice hanging pots and a variety of annuals to fill six large pots of flowers. No additional stops necessary!

All employees are kind and helpful. It is not your fault you are short staffed. We purchase groceries once a month. Our last visit I sacked the groceries and my husband and I loaded them our vehicle. Again its not your fault there wasn't someone to sack and load them for us.

They have really good deals every so often. Ya never know when or what they are. Ya have look at there weekly ad in the free press & check there Hy-Vee in Keokuk, Iowa website or app to find every single deal. Not everyone is advertised in the weekly free press. Ya seriously don't want to miss out on any deals cause ya never know it could be one of those great deals ya can't miss since they don't come around never often but when they do ya have no choice but to take advantage of it as much as ya can. The more ya do the more ya save in the long run & who doesn't love to save some pocket change that you can save in a hide away jar until ya have enough for ya to a vacation, do something really nice for yourself or just do something you've always wanted to do but really the extra money. The friendly Hy-Vee worker's is a wonderful bonus as well. It's a win win no matter how ya look at it!!

Terrible. They had Sara Lee bread for .99 just for today. Sign at display gave sale price. When I got to check out they said they were out of it and couldn't honor sale price. How come if they were out why did I have 2 loaves on counter. She called manager and she said same thing! That lower price was advertised today on TV. I paid 3.79 each for the loaves but if they don't honor what's advertised I probably won't go back plus I'll tell all my friends from Iowa and Missouri what you are doing!

They have a Crab at the customer service counter. I've had 2 encounters with her. 1st encounter, I didn't have my IA 5cent cans sorted by brand( I didn't know). She told me to never come back to Hy-Vee. 2nd encounter, I had IA 5cent cans I bought at Keokuk Hy-Vee with no stamp for IA. She said I couldn't have bought them there, I did though. Pepsi manager said it could have happened. Took them to Wal-Mart. They took them(and happy)but they came from Hy-Vee. I use to love Hy-Vee Keokuk. That woman has ruined my Hy-Vee experience. I avoid customer service now when she is working there. She needs a job that doesn't deal with the public all the time.
