Angel is an amazing cashier and handled being left by herself during a busy time. The Store Manager was working but did not offer to assist any customers even though the line was backed up. Management really needs to focus on which employees take care of the customers that keep your store in business and reprimand those that don't. You are awesome Angel!

Typical of dollar stores. Decent if not expansive selection of goods. Helpful and friendly staff. I never have to hunt for a checker. Prices are a tad high, you're paying for convenience. Quality of goods runs from top notch to cheap.

I believe most of the people who work there are very anxious to help you , if your having difficulty in locating items they are very helpful and kind , I have only had a problem with the new manager, she acted like I was a bother, maybe she was having a bad day, who knows? Anyway I wish the air conditioning was working, it's so hot and humid in there.

This is the worst Dollar general store I have ever been to! The shelves are never stocked full and I mean there are probably 2 aisles EMPTY every time I go there! This could be a thriving store, it's the only variety store on that side of town. They need management.

Many of the shelves were in disarray, there was only one employee there and it was the weekend, this store is at one end of our Mall here in Keokuk Iowa, yet they do not allow us access into the mall from their store. They have definitely lost some of my business.

I went to buy some cheap toys like marbles and jacks, because I wanted to take them to Nicaragua on a mission trip but they didn't have them. Every toy is some sort of goo or putty everywhere. I bought some bouncy balls so I was ok, but their toys used to be a lot better.

Store was very messy. Friendly employee's. Store shelves we're empty or pushed to the back. Store needed cleaned badly. Will not go back. I will go to Montrose Dollar General. It is a clean and we'll stocked store.

Great place to shop. Friendly staff. They recently remolded the store. And looks good. I shop there often on my mobility scooter and it's easy to get around the store.

I have never been so upset the manager at the dollor store in Keokuk Iowa on 300 main St was the rudest person I've ever come in contact with I walk in the store I'm sorry but I'm always fast and I got yelled at for coming in 15 minutes before they close I have never in my whole life ever been disrespected and talk to you like that by anybody and its abusiness and I spend money in there every day and she had was so rude manager

Check out lady was very polite. Question about digital coupons were answered quickly and precise. Employees very courteous and helpful.

The lady at front desk was really rude to a customer who couldn't read well ...he ask for assistance and the lady said rudely ..what does it say ...wellllll hellllloooooo if he could read he wouldn't had needed ur help ... Very disappointed ☹️ the way people treat people

Keokuk Dollar General doesn't get even one star. Both employees on night shift were rude to all the customers. It wouldn't let me post without a star, that's the only reason I gave them a star.

Make sure you tell the cashier exactly what the sale items are and exactly what the deal of the item is. If you don't you'll have to go back and have them reimburse the difference.
