This is a fabulous campground right off of I-80. We have stayed here numerous times over the years. It is easy access and nice for us to be able to fill the truck with fuel, and our tummy’s with delicious food from the cafe.The flowers and artwork are spectacular and more seems to be added each year!It is obvious the owners and employees care!

I can't say enough good about this little gem❤️ Campers are friendly that are here working, very convenient to I80, love the chickens, the colorful murals, little garden and especially the Cafe! You will definitely get one GREAT TASTING burger! The owner, Scott, was so kind when we were in dire need of a mechanic by giving us names of quality local people! We will be back it's the perfect place to stay. Again, thank you and your family.

This was such a great overnight stay! We loved seeing the chickens, wood carvings, painted walls in the laundry, well decorated entry way, well kept fire pit and picnic table, and clean bathroom with comfortable water temps and pressure. Perfect amount of space for the rv. We even had amazing neighbors that chatted with my kids! We do not get that anymore!! It has been probably five years since a camping neighbor has said hello. Wonderful weather! Staff was friendly and the burgers were good. Sadly they did not have ice for my tea but the kids said their drinks were cold enough without ice.

What’s not to like?- a minute off of I-80- adjacent to the gas station and cafe/restaurant- long, level, pull through spots with full hookups- clean bathrooms and showers- laundry room- nice picnic tables at each siteThis isn’t just a run down little RV stop. It’s very nicely done, and they clearly maintain it and keep it clean. When we are back out his way, it’s surely going to be on the list.

There is only one word to describe this park: idyllic. I passed the sign on the highway and had to backtrack to find it but so worth it. I was given a shaded spot (#20) which gave easy access to the bathroom and laundry. The Cafe was surprisingly good especially in such a small space. Everything was reasonably priced and the burgers absolutely live up to the accolades. Ate two in two days and the coleslaw was great as was the mint chocolate chip ice cream. From the service to the peaceful setting to the available amenities, this park covers it all. My service dog Hershey and I give this place two very enthusiastic paws up! Stay is for four days in a pop up camper. Also, my Verizon Hotspot got 188mbps here for download speeds. I use a cell phone booster.*A note about highway noise: yes it is there and noticeable if you focus on it. But honestly, the birds chirping covered it up for me. I am sensitive to noise and it didn't bother me. I tuned it out and slept just fine.Safety: I felt very safe here and everyone I met was very nice, even just the single night campers.Walkability: There is plenty of space to walk. A walk to the Cafe is a nice distance and we did it multiple times a day.Food & drinks: Oh the food is so good! Just what I needed!

This place is seriously so cute! Right off the highway but the highway noise actually isn’t too bad. We work from the RV full time and their internet works perfect. Full hook up. Laundry and Shower was closed during our week stay so that was a bummer cuz the laundry place in town was expensive. The park is ran by the gas station and it has a cafe inside. Take our word for it, the burgers aren’t even close to the best burgers. However the mozzarella sticks were great and the ice cream is excellent too!

A hidden gem off of I-80. Over half of the sites were shady. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Lots of cute decorations around the park. Would definitely stay at again if we are ever that way again.

For being behind a gas station, we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! The grounds were very well cared for with folks out there every day working. Site was great, water, sewer, power all good. Internet was above average and reliable. Site was level and was easy in - easy out. There was a bit of road noise from the interstate, but easily drowned out by AC, fans or white noise. Highly recommend the diner up at the station. Very good food!! $34/night wasn't too bad.

Easy check in at the convenience at the burger cafe \ service station. Fairly level gravel sites. Grass in-between sites. Grass not weeds. Lots of flowers and nice yard art spread around.Utilities worked good. Excellent T-Mobile signal. Was able to stream Netflix.Minimal road noise.Would recommend and stay again. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

What a wonderful gem! Lovely grassy campground with big trees! Very nice and clean bathrooms with nice showers. A little loud from the highway but not bad. The guy at the cafe who checked me in was incredibly friendly and nice. The burger was delicious! The ice cream was amazing! The campsite cost like $22! Funny cute art all around the place. I loved my 1 night stay and will stop again!

After making reservations ahead , upon arrival informed our spot isn’t available ( we can stay in holding area) till next day. Makes it very inconvenient to set up and break down and move for elderly couple. Yes we was upset and voices raised by all parties. You shouldn’t reserve a spot and not have it available! Went to KOA, much nicer park and very accommodating!

This campground is very well groomed, sites good-sized, and level. They have a lot of mowed/landscaped area to exercise your dog with beautiful planters and lawn ornaments. Very cozy. An added benefit is Iowa's Best Hamburger Cafe on site; and they are truly good tasting!! We'll be back I'm sure!! Oh yeh...they are solar powered!

Cutest little RV park ever! It was absolutely perfect for a one night stop on our way home from Yellowstone. Gravel pads, pull thru site (didn't have to unhook), and full hook ups. They have laundry and the shower house was clean. Our lids loved the chance to run around in the grass and to look at the chickens. Yes, it's surrounded by a cornfield - reminded us of home. There is a little road noise, but not bad at all. The little gas station at the entrance has burgers (they smelled fantastic), supplies, and hand dipped ice cream. We would definitely stop here again if passing through the area.

FYI, the owner is rude and his daughter is snooty, but maybe I caught them on a bad day too. I came in late and the sign says to call the number. No answer. There were plenty of open spots so I parked, but evidently, that was a mistake. The next morning I went in to pay and got chewed out for not having a reservation. I've never had an issue at any of the other 100 RV parks I've been.Very large pull through spots available here. I have a 40' MH with a 20' trailer and was able to offload and park our van in front of the rig all in one spot. 50A electric, sewer and water available at all spots, with all spots being pull through. Plenty of grassy areas for the kids and dogs to play in.The gas station next door is a nice convenience, but VERY limited.There was an area where they were selling pumpkins too, with "cute" decorations worthy of a photo op.

Loved the way the Park was landscaped with potted flowers in very interesting pots into the Entrance. They were freshly painted in bright colors.park was neatly trimmed. Graveled lots mostly level. Not Right off the Road Entrance. You pull in at the Amaco Station go to right and behind there is the Entrance. You stop there at the Cafe inside and ck in.The people are So Nice. It's called the Best Burgers in Iowa Cafe... It might have been just us but we took the half pound Burger meal. Which came out As double burgers .Sorry to say 2 very very charred dry burgers. Sorry Best Burgers in Iowa We have to Disagree...I was hoping the Burgers were to be Great as the People..

Beautiful little RV park, with easy access right off of 80. Nicely maintained, laid out beautifully. We were just in and out, so the pull through for a quick stay was perfect for us, and they also have the larger sites with picnic tables and all if you're staying longer. The burgers and malts were delicious!!!

Very nice site easily accessible from I-80, some highway noise from passing vehicles. Bathrooms are clean, hook-ups good. Overall grass areas trimmed. Nice little convenience/burger stand. Gas station right there. Nice tornado shelter! Although it did look a little small.

Hi. Just wanted to write a review. This is a tvery nice campground.very clean. The artwork is spectacular. Quiet. Can hear traffic noise from hwy 80, not so bad. Clean restrooms. Must try the burgers and fries - excellent!!A very nice over night stop. Affordable price at $31 plus tax .

Perfect for a one night stop. It's right off the interstate and there is some traffic noise but not bad. The gravel sites are fairly level. A lot of grass on the site too with a picnic table and fire pit. Laundry rooms are nice. Staff is always friendly. There isn't a playground but the grounds are well maintained and there's plenty of room for children to run off energy after a day of driving. We've stayed here a few times and we'll stay again.

This RV Park was absolutely amazing! Such a beautiful piece of property! My dogs loved the fresh cut grass next to the corn fields. The bathrooms where extremely clean and Scott made the check in process easy. The cafe was a plus with delicious food. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Great staff! Very quiet, bath house is amazingly always clean! Awesome food! Campground and cafe is always clean! Scott and all the staff are awesome! Been here almost a month and love it! Rock creek state park is just miles down the road for fishing boating,etc. Whether you’re hungry, tired and need to rest, vacation or all three, call Scott and reserve a spot online! Great work Scott and all of your staff!

Absolutely love this RV park! Great price, level spot with all the amenities, super clean, and landscaped beautifully. Also, I love that it is solar powered. This will definitely be our spot to stay when traveling to Iowa City for game weekends.

Nice little park right off the highway. No amenities, it's more of a stopover park. We liked that it's connected to a gas station (with diesel), and "Iowa's Best Burger Cafe". The cafe is open 'til 9, which is nice for us late arrivals, reasonably priced, and has friendly staff. Try the Wisconsin Cheese Balls. Amazing! I'd give it a better rating if they had a playground for the kids to burn off energy (and we had a hard time finding a dumpster. It needs to be on their map).

This was our first night stay on our way to Yellowstone. It is super clean, extremely friendly and much cuter place than I expected. The staff at that helps at the RV Park and burger joint is wonderful. They hand delivered a milkshake that got left behind by the kids. After our trip to Yellowstone, we called late in the day and they squeezed is i. For a night along our trip home. Showers were clean. Little laundry shed. Prefect for a night passing thru or if ya just need a place to park and sleep while seeing the local tourist spots. CHEAP TOO!
