Never been to this place but once and it will be my last. Will not bring product in or out of this facility period. It's the kind of place that wants you to call the day before to set an appointment due to construction. I understand that, so I had one set for 0800. Arrive at 0745 and sit there and wait 3 hours. Why bother having a driver call to set up an appointment to then waste so much of the drivers time? Why give the thumbs up for the slotted time to completely disregard and ignore it? Why as well not give the driver a signed copy of the bills for the freight they just spent half their day on delivering to you? Probably because you don't want to be billed for detention. Might be okay for dry vans but it is terrible and incredibly shady for hoppers.
